I bought tire and used Uown Leasing to pay for them. I never saw or received the agreement until 8/25/22 when I asked for it. I had no clue as to how much I would be paying back. The website does not have any documentation to look at, it only has payments and history. My charge was $852.92. When I pay them off I will have paid $2024.97. The agreement has a lot of statements that have my initials by them. However I never saw what I was signing.
Desired outcome: I'd like for the payback amount to be reduced! All costs, fees and terms should be upfront so people should know what their payoff is going to be.

I bought 4 new tires for a total of 400 dollars more or less and I paid in installments , now every week they send emails asking for charges and they do not consider the payments already made and they say that I have a debt of more than a thousand dollars !
I cancel my order and never received it I called several times and explain the situation I continue to get calls and notices. Ashley Furniture Store.

I'm being sued by a collection attorney on behalf of Uown Leasing. I've never had an account with this company. I own leasing will not speak to me due to not having a account number.
They are stealing money from my account despite multiple stop payment attempts
I see they are reporting to the credit bureau I am late
I never did any business with them and they won’t resolve this issue

I had already a payment for the product taken out and I woke up today and there was two more transactions taken out of my account. One for $28.00 and one for $15.00.
When I applied and got approved I paid on time and even paid off in 90 days. Website says you can build with them. Well that was a lie. All of a sudden I don’t qualify. How funny. Customer service is just as bad as amazons. If want to get lied to and ripped off use this company. If not go eleswhere
