Upsie Warranty Review: False Advertising and Denial of Claims
I recently purchased a warranty for my tablet from Upsie, hoping for a smooth experience like I usually have with Amazon and Asurion if I ever have an issue. Their ads claim that they cover accidental damage, including cracked screens. However, when I filed a claim for a cracked screen, they denied it, saying it was due to negligence. I mean, obviously! Who has a cracked screen after being careful with their device? That's why I got the warranty in the first place! It's a total ripoff!
Terrible Experience with Upsie: Phone Repair Nightmare
I sent my phone in to Upsie on November 9th to get it fixed. It took a couple of weeks, but they did the repair. Unfortunately, they messed up my phone by overheating it. I called Upsie and they told me to send it back to them. I did so, but two weeks later, I got my phone back and they hadn't done anything to fix it. I called them again and they told me to send it back to them. I did so, but two weeks later, I got my phone back and it still wasn't fixed. I called them again and they told me to send it back to them on January 20th. Now they're saying that it's not the same phone. I finally got it back on March 9th, but it's still not fixed. This company is terrible. I guess I'll have to take them to court.
Upsie Warranty Review: Misleading Advertising and Coverage Issues
Upsie is a company that offers a 2-Year smart phone warranty. At first glance, it seems like a great deal. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that the coverage doesn't start on the day you pay, but rather on the day you bought the phone. This is a major issue that many customers have faced.
I recently paid for the Upsie warranty, only to find out that I was only getting coverage for one year instead of the advertised two. This was a huge disappointment and a clear case of misleading customers. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get what you were promised.
Despite this setback, I'm not giving up on finding a reliable warranty provider. I'm considering going back to Square Trade, where you get what you pay for. It's important to do your research and find a company that you can trust.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering Upsie to read the fine print carefully before making a purchase. Don't fall for their misleading advertising tactics. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to protecting your valuable electronics.
Upsie Warranty Review: Hassle and Frustration - Not Worth It
I've been using Upsie for a long time now, and I gotta say, I've never had to make a claim until recently. I was pretty relieved to have the warranty when my phone started acting up, but the process has been a bit of a hassle. They told me to take it to a local repair center, but unfortunately, they weren't able to fix it. Now, I'm being told that I need to send it to their depot, which means waiting another 24 to 48 hours just to get the paperwork. And to make matters worse, I've already been without a phone for two whole weeks!
I'm not sure how long it's going to take for the depot to confirm the diagnosis, but I'm not feeling too optimistic about it. In fact, I've decided to cancel all of my remaining warranties with Upsie. If you're thinking about buying a warranty from them, I'd suggest you think twice. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Upsie Cellphone Insurance
So, I decided to give Upsie a try and purchased cellphone insurance from them. But let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I was so disappointed with their service that I had to share my experience with you all.
The very next day, I checked my profile and the insurance was nowhere to be found. I immediately contacted Upsie to inquire about it. But instead of being helpful, they assumed that I wanted to file a claim. Can you believe that? They were so rude and impolite that I was taken aback.
I mean, come on Upsie, if you are reading this, you really need to up your game. Squaretrade updated my insurance within minutes, not days like you guys. No wonder I cancelled my insurance with you. I would advise everyone to stay away from Upsie. They have no idea about customer service.
I even read hundreds of other negative feedbacks about them. All they do is Facebook marketing and once they have taken your money, they deliver impolite responses. If you don't believe me, I have attached the communication here for you to see.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Upsie to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their response time is slow. If you want to insure your phone, go for a better option like Squaretrade.
Nightmare Experience with Upsie: Fridge Leaks, Poor Customer Service, and Damage to Floors
I gotta say, I've been having some serious issues with my fridge lately. It's been leaking water all over my floor for over a month now, and every time I try to get in touch with Upsie about it, they just keep escalating the situation and telling me I'll get a call back in 1-3 days. Like, come on guys, I need this fixed ASAP!
I even had a service technician come to my house to take a look at it, and he said that the cabinet was cracked and they should replace it. But when I told Upsie about it, they didn't want to order any parts and just kept giving me the run around. And now, to make matters worse, the water has actually damaged my floors. Ugh, it's just been a nightmare dealing with these guys.
And to top it all off, they had the nerve to tell me to "be professional" when speaking to them. Like, excuse me? I'm the one who's been dealing with this mess for over a month now, and they can't even handle urgent matters with any kind of professionalism. It's just been one big headache after another with Upsie, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Upsie: The Best Phone Insurance Provider - Easy, Affordable, and Reliable!
So, my husband and I had a terrible experience with our previous phone insurance provider. We thought we were covered, but when my husband's Samsung phone got cracked, the insurance company denied our claim. They said that we had to have a reason for the damage, and the only thing my husband could think of was that it fell out of a golf cart at work. But apparently, that's considered negligence, and the insurance company refused to cover it. We were so frustrated and disappointed.
But then we heard about Upsie, and we decided to give it a try. And let me tell you, we are so glad we did! The process was so easy and straightforward. We just went to their website, entered some basic information about our phone, and chose the coverage plan that worked best for us. And the prices were really reasonable, too!
But the best part was when my husband accidentally dropped his phone a few weeks later. We were so worried that we would have the same experience as before, but when we filed a claim with Upsie, they were so helpful and understanding. They didn't ask us a bunch of questions or try to deny our claim. They just took care of everything and got my husband's phone fixed in no time.
Overall, we are really happy with Upsie and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for phone insurance. It's so much better than dealing with those other companies that try to find any excuse not to cover your device. With Upsie, you can have peace of mind knowing that your phone is protected, no matter what happens.
Upsie: Strong Branding, Weak Post-Sales Services
Upsie is a company that has been making waves in the market with its strong branding and marketing strategies. However, when it comes to post-sales services, the company falls short of expectations. The internal operations department of Upsie is a complete joke, with no unified messages being conveyed to customers. It seems like everyone makes up their own rules, and each time you call, you get different and inconsistent answers and processes.
Although many of the employees are nice and ambitious young people who truly want to help, the problem lies in the management structure of the company. There is a total lack of structure, proper training, and process for payout. Based on my own personal experience, Upsie uses heavy stalling and delaying practices to confirm addresses and other details. It takes 3+ days to a week to get any response, and when they do, they ask for another confirmation before payout. It's ridiculous and insulting to think that consumers are that stupid.
I hope this piece of $#*! snake insurance company goes bankrupt and dies a horrible death. I am taking my future business elsewhere and will be a lifetime enemy of Upsie. I will spend continuous effort to speak badly about them until they are six feet under.
Disappointing Experience with Upsie Warranty: Denied Claim and Rude Customer Service
So, I gotta say, I had a warranty with Upsie for my laptop. And let me tell you, it was a real bummer when my laptop screen broke. I mean, I was pretty bummed out about it. But, I figured, hey, at least I have this warranty, right? So, I went ahead and reported my claim online. But, I didn't hear anything back from them for a while. So, I decided to give them a call and talk to one of their customer care reps. I gave them all the details and stuff, but still didn't hear anything back. So, I called them up again to check on the status of my claim. This time, they told me they needed more information. So, I got my wife on the phone, since the laptop was in her possession when it broke. She gave them all the details about how it happened and stuff. But, then they denied my claim! Can you believe that? They said there was a "change of story" or something. I mean, come on, the laptop was in my wife's possession, so she would know what happened to it, right? But, they didn't accept that. And, to top it all off, the customer care rep I talked to was so rude! I mean, seriously, how can someone be so rude when they're supposed to be helping customers? I was so disappointed and regretted getting my warranty from Upsie. I should have gone with a better provider, like Square Trade or Assurance.
Frustrating Experience with Upsie: Accused of Being Unethical for Referral Link
I recently purchased two warranties from Upsie on different dates. However, I eventually canceled them today after a frustrating experience. One of the warranties was for my middle school son, which I purchased several months after my own. I sent him the referral link, but they wouldn't honor it. So, I called them to inquire about it since they had sent him emails too. That's when the trouble began.
The representative, David C., accused me and my son of being the same person. I allow my son access to my Paypal account, and he used it to purchase a tablet that I bought him as a Christmas present. However, just because I allowed him access to my account doesn't make us the same person. When I explained this to David C. via email, he still accused me of being my son and being unethical. I didn't want to drag my son into this mess, so I told David C. that the referral was for a friend, not my son. However, he still didn't believe me and continued to be abrasive.
David C. told me about thousands of people who try to do multiple referrals to gain a monetary advantage. He had already grouped me into that category in tone and attitude, even after I explained that I didn't want my son involved if possible. I ended up canceling both my son's and my warranty after this because I am the customer, and I didn't appreciate the way this was handled. I would rather have no extended warranty on my cell phone and his tablet than to be told that I'm lying 3-4 times, even after being told by David C. that it would be taken care of in his initial response.
Overall, my experience with Upsie was not a positive one. I will be going back to Squaretrade and will never use Upsie ("Upside downsies") ever again!

Cell phone accidental damage pontract
this company took forever to get back about cell phone replacement plan, and then promised to buy out the contract for the additional $89, but never sent the check, I had broke my screen on my cell phone, and had noticed there also was signal issues on my device, and filed a claim with upsie, to either get my device replaced or repaired. I took my phone to...

I've been trying to get a return label from Upsie for 4 months now. I need to send in my Apple product to see if they can fix it or give me a replacement. But it's been a real struggle. I've had to make phone calls to their customer service, and let me tell you, the people on the other end of the line are not very professional. They're rude and unhelpful. And to make matters worse, I've had to wait on hold for 10 minutes each time I call. It's beyond frustrating. I paid for a warranty, and all I want is for them to honor it. But it seems like they don't care about their customers. I would not recommend using this company.
Disappointing Experience with Upsie: Delayed Repairs and Inadequate Coverage
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Upsie. I filed a claim on February 18th and they told me everything was good to go. But when I called the repair shop, they told me the repair was gonna cost $400 and Upsie only approved $250. What a mess, right? So I called Upsie and they said they would take care of it. But here we are on February 28th and it's still not done. They called me and said I had to bring the phone to the repair shop and it would be approved right away. But a week later, it's still not approved. It's been three weeks now and my phone is still broken. I'm starting to lose hope, ya know?
