Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park review: The whole experience

Visited urban air back in November of 2023. Purchased 3 ultimate passe for the kids. Started to have a good time until another family kids were jumping around by the tables where you can sit and eat. "Staff manger of Park" came over and started getting loud/,lippy with the parents. Um the kids are only 6-8? Why do they have to be reprimanded and yelled at? Isn't this an Trampoline/adventure Park? The dad was yelled at and I stuck up for him which got me called a nosy nobody! Wow, both my family and his family left only after 35-40 mins their! I was promised full refund Min us socks which were able 5 bucks for one pair. Never received it kept calm until a week or two ago... Was promised and led on to believe this as they collected my credit card information more than 2 times! This is not professional, mature and we're never booking a party, buying passes ever again oh yeah did I mention my card was compromised because of this? Idk who it was but they asked me for my numbers slot of times
