US Elite Gear is a rip off. I ordered various products from them and they delivered ALL fake items. Upon my search of their company I found out they work out of a office and have no real store, only a online store that they rip people off!
I would not suggest or recommend to buy anything from this company.
The slings I ordered were used. The pouches looked like they came from World War II.
The boots arrived crushed in the box that had other writing on it, like it was second hand.
Beware of this company, in my opinion they deal with closeouts and second hand items.
NOT THE REAL DEAL HERE!

Dear Sir or Madam: My name is Steve Keefer and I'm the CEO of US Elite Gear (www.us-elitegear.com). I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight on a few points from your posting. First, we do not deal in 'fake' items; we deal in first rate, quality brands. Second, you mentioned we don't have a store; however it's actually located at the address you posted, along with CrossFit SOAR (www.crossfitsoar.com). Third, the Customer Service Team didn't find any record of any customer communications regarding an order with sling, pouch and boots. If indeed you had an issue with us, wouldn't it be logical to first complain to the Company to try to resolve it, before posting anonymously online?

We work extraordinarily hard to serve our customers, and we have the testimonials to prove it - see http://www.us-elitegear.com/elite_testimonials.htm. Yet again we are taking customer service to a higher level, with our new shipping service that allows Continental US / APO & FPO customers free shipping and free returns on premium brands like Arc'teryx LEAF and Benchmade. That means a warrior downrange in Afghanistan can actually try on a jacket, or feel a knife in his hand, and return it for free if he doesn't like it for any reason. You're invited to visit our store any time and / or to attend a free CrossFit WOD (workout of the day). In the meantime, please issue a retraction.

Ordered this jersey as a Christmas present for my nephew and they neglected to call, text, or email me the fact that they were out of stock and would not be available in time for Christmas. I had to email them asking where my item was to find this out and they respond a week after I purchased it and a week before Christmas that they were not in stock, yet never had the decency to email me to let me know. Very unprofessional and poorly ran company. I wrote an email explaining how unhappy I was with how this whole situation had been handled and of course got no response. I shop online often and this is the only company I've had an issue with that was left not taken care of. It seems as though this company just doesn't care. I was left high and dry and all it would have took was an email stating they ran out as soon as they ran out. Why I was able to purchase this item when there wasn't even enough in stock is beyond me but I do understand things happen but to not notify ur customers of an issue like this right away is just not right, especially knowing it was probably a Christmas present for someone. I would highly recommend ordering from a different company as this company hasn't said or done anything to make up for the way my situation was handled. They just don't care and it shows unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past that have made errors but were quick and eager to fix whatever the problem was. This company just ignores you and leaves you hanging.

I had the same problem. Never received any type of confirmation until I threatened. If you really get to looking they dont have ANY listed address or phone number. Never seen that b4. Be weary of this company. Its obvious you would be screw if you needed to return somthing. My officially licensed shirt came from china. Really? I think not. FAKE...

Please note we're in the same boat, in terms of being irritated with these guys, this 'Elitegear.co' company appears to be hijacking the good name and reputation of my company, U.S. Elite LLC (US-EliteGear.com). As you can see we offer only the finest quality tactical gear (focusing on the Special Operations Forces) and take great pride in our reputation - and we do NOT sell jerseys. We have a GSA contract, a StellaService Excellent rating, a 4.7 reseller rating from Shopper Approved with over 1000 customers taking the time to write a review of our company over the last year. We have been in business since 1999 and we are the market leader in such best-in-class brands as Arc'teryx LEAF and Salomon Forces. Our phone number is 888.PRO.ELITE (973.310.3650) and our address is 17 Passaic Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506. I stand behind everything we do.

I have tried repeatedly to solve things amicably with this company. We have received literally hundreds of phone calls from angry customers of theirs (since they don't post a phone number as you know), and even calls from banks asking about fraudulent charges and over-charges. Not nice. The company appears to be Indian, with a 'Sales Manager' named Marcus with a French email (elite.gear@aol.fr), but as you said emails don't seem to get returned. In the meantime again, sorry for the hassle! If there's anything I can do to brighten your day - or if you're looking for some high end tactical gear - just give a shout and we'll give you the mega-hookup :).

I placed an order and keep being told will be here end of week. Where is it... tracking number does not work...EA219128035CN My password does not work and can not reset it... I am very disappointed. Will be cancelling and requesting my credit card cancel the charges if it is not here by tomorrow as promised...

This product is not good...I'm very upset about it..I order one size and I receive a size too damn small...you should at least mention something about the size...This is ### and I want my money back.

Guys - you have the WRONG company. You ordered from ELITE GEAR, not US ELITE GEAR. Read before you right slanderous reviews about the wrong company. DUH!

I appreciate the comments from US-ELITEGEAR. I live in NJ and there are many other legitimate places of business that are affected by fake knockoffs. For instance...amazon. I placed an Amazon order online and most of the products were knock offs and made to look legit. These criminals spoof your phone number and the phone number and emails of the legit business, grab your account info, and basically thieve. It's totally criminal behavior what those people from India are doing. Maybe all of those victimized should report the scam business, spoofed phone numbers and accounts, changed account passwords, etc. To law enforcement. I mean these criminal networks use the same techniques for terrorism, trafficking and the like...
Just saying...I want those criminal [censored]bags shut down for good!

Any cursory search of credible reviews will confirm that we are standup and serve our customers and the community with honor and pride. You are confusing us with a ripoff company that stole our name.
