US Global Mail lack of customer service

The two live customer service reps were extremely RUDE to me. I just asked for help in accessing their service and neither of the reps wanted to help me by walking me through the sign up process. They said that they didn't have the time to walk me through the process for me to become a new customer. Neither of these "so called" customer service reps have NO CLUE what their job description is . . they do NOT provide customer service. HORRIBLE!

US Global Mail The worst service

US Global Mail is probably the worst service I have ever used. Their service is very expensive. I paid a lot of money and asked them to deliver a simple package. As the result package was lost and I received a reply from them stating that there was nothing they could do. US Global Mail support service is absolutely useless. They try to be nice, but everything they say makes no sense. Package was very important, there were meds for a very sick person!
I will not give up until they pay for their mistake!

If your box is insured, the shipper you used to ship with- FedEx, UPS etc via US Global Mail, will reimburse you. USGM will help you with it. If you didn't have insurance- which is what it sounds like- USGM still offers upto $100 of insurance on every box. I know because I am a customer.

US Global Mail Irresponsive service

I bought some stuff and US Global Mail needed to deliver all my packages. I received an email from them, which stated that they would deliver it within 5 days. I waited 2 weeks, and they only promised to deliver, but nothing happened. It's really upset me, and I decided to post negative comment, so other people can see that this company is irresponsive and can’t do their job on time.

US Global Mail worked and didn't get paid

I was employed by US Global Mail to do some shipping from home, the pay was $40.00 per package for the first 30 days and after the 30 days, to receive $1, 900.00 weekly shipping out 3 to 5 packages a day. I shipped out 5 packages all to Russia s/h was paid my Us Global I was told that I would receive payment on April 17th, when I didn't receive my pay, I attempted to contact David Wilson whom I had been dealing with and got no responds. No on will answer the phones nor return my emails.
I got this job from the Indeed job board and check into the company and found that it is a creditable company. They contacted me today and said they don't now and never have had a David Wilson employed for them.

looks like you got scammed! Because US Global Mail DOES NOT have people handle their packages, They are a proper company but a scamster might have scammed you! Have you seen this: https://www.usglobalmail.com/policy/fraud-alert/

Looks like you were duped by someone posing to be from the company! US Global Mail does not employ anyone to ship packages for them. There are a lot of scammers out there that use reputable company names to get dirty business done. Sorry, the onus is on you to check who's giving you the job and get proper paperwork. Better luck next time!
