US Realty Records Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!
So, I just used US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com) and boy, was I in for a surprise! After reading some of the other reviews, I realized that I might have just been scammed out of $19. I wish I had checked out the reviews before using this site, but I guess I was too trusting. It's not the first time I've come across sites like this that are set up to take advantage of people.
I tried to look for any small print that would indicate that I was signing up for a recurring charge, but I couldn't find anything. However, I wouldn't be surprised if I end up getting charged again. It's really shameful that companies like this take advantage of people who are just trying to get a good deal. I thought I was getting a good service for a reasonable price, but I guess that's just not the case anymore.
Overall, I would not recommend using US Realty Records. It's just not worth the risk of getting scammed out of your hard-earned money. I hope that others will read this review and avoid making the same mistake that I did.
US Realty Records Review: Basic Info for $1.25, but Valuations are Off
I was pretty surprised when I found out that I could get some information about my property for only $1.25 on US Realty Records. I mean, that's a pretty good deal, right? But then they tried to get me to sign up for their premium plan for $9.95 a month. I wasn't about to fall for that, no way. I just wanted to see what kind of information they had on my property.
Turns out, the basic data was pretty much correct. I mean, it was my own property, so I knew what to expect. But their property valuation was way off. Like, not even close. It was only about 1/8 of what my property is actually worth. I guess you get what you pay for, right?
Anyway, I decided to check out US Realty Records because I've been hearing a lot about home title fraud lately. I figured it would be easier to check out my property online than to make a trip to the county courthouse. And it was pretty easy, I have to admit. I just typed in my address and voila! All the information I needed was right there.
The only problem was that once the report was generated, I couldn't download it without upgrading to the premium plan. But I'm not one to give up easily. I just copied and pasted the information into Word and saved it that way. Easy peasy.
Overall, I'd say that US Realty Records is a pretty good resource if you're looking for basic information about your property. Just don't expect their property valuations to be accurate. And be prepared to do a little copy and pasting if you want to save the report.
Hassle-Free Real Estate Information: My Experience with US Realty Records
I recently stumbled upon US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com) and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Unlike other sites that lure you in with low prices only to hit you with hard sales pitches, US Realty Records offers exactly what you ask for at a reasonable rate without any added pressure.
As someone who has been burned by these types of sites before, I was relieved to find a company that values transparency and honesty. I was able to get the information I needed without being subjected to any unnecessary upsells or add-ons.
The process was quick and easy, and I was able to find the information I needed in no time. I was even asked if I was interested in an ongoing relationship, but I politely declined and there was no pressure to continue.
If you're in the market for a new home or simply looking to compare your property to others, I highly recommend giving US Realty Records a try. They are the real deal and offer a hassle-free experience that is hard to come by these days.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely use their services again in the future. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy source for real estate information, look no further than US Realty Records.
Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees at US Realty Records
I was in search of some tax information and stumbled upon US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com). I was pleased to find what I needed at a very reasonable price. However, the next day I was charged a premium membership fee that I was not aware of. I was quite frustrated and tried to reach out to their support team via email, but the email address provided on their website didn't seem to exist. I tried twice and both times it got kicked back to me.
Feeling a bit helpless, I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately, the person on the other end of the line was nearly impossible to hear and didn't seem to be listening to my concerns. I explained my situation several times, but it felt like I was getting pushed off the phone the whole time. I was unsure if my subscription was cancelled or not, as the person on the phone was unclear on what he was doing with my account.
All I wanted was a cancellation of the premium membership and a refund of the $20. However, it seemed like the person on the phone wasn't interested in helping me out. I felt like I was being ignored and pushed aside. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.
I don't think I'll ever do business with this company again. I'm planning on reporting them to my credit card company and stopping all payments to them. It's a shame because I was initially pleased with their service, but the lack of support and communication has left a bad taste in my mouth.
US Realty Records Review: A Scam Company That Charges You Multiple Times
I was pretty happy with the reviews I read about US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com) before I decided to give them a try. But now I realize that those reviews were probably written by their own employees, not actual customers like me. I was asked to provide all the details about my property and payment information, and I did so without any hesitation. But when it was time for me to receive the records that I had paid for, I was greeted with a message on my screen that said too much time had passed and that I needed to refresh the page. I was surprised because only one second had passed, but I refreshed the page anyway. To my dismay, I saw the same message again. So, I refreshed the page one more time, but still nothing happened.
Each time I refreshed the page, they charged me again, which was really frustrating. I decided to call the company and explain what had happened. They put me on hold for a good 10 minutes before coming back on the line and telling me that they had refunded all but one of the charges. I was relieved to hear that, but then they hung up on me! I was so angry that I called back immediately and explained everything that had happened with the previous "customer service" rep. I demanded that they give me all my money back, and they finally did.
In my opinion, this company is nothing but a scam. They're hoping that you won't dig deep enough to get your money back. I wouldn't recommend US Realty Records to anyone, and I suggest that you stay away from them.
Disappointing Experience with US Realty Records: False Advertising and Poor Customer Service
I was really disappointed with my experience with US Realty Records. They made it seem like I could search for properties based on all sorts of criteria, like estimated value, square footage, and more. But when I tried to use the site, I quickly realized that I couldn't search for anything without knowing the exact address I was looking for. That was really frustrating, especially since I had paid for a premium membership.
When I called their customer service number to complain, they offered me a 30% discount on my membership, but they wouldn't give me a full refund. I felt like they were just trying to placate me without actually addressing my concerns. They kept saying things like "we understand" and "we're sorry for the inconvenience," but it didn't feel like they really did understand. The first person I talked to even hung up on me!
The second person I talked to was a little more helpful, but she still wouldn't connect me with her manager or give me a full refund. It was really frustrating to feel like I was getting the runaround. And when I tried to cancel my subscription, it wasn't easy either. They made me jump through a lot of hoops before I was finally able to cancel.
Overall, I would not recommend US Realty Records. Their false advertising and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking for a site to help you search for properties, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! They charged my card 8 times and I had no clue who it was and couldnt find them to cancel since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company in order to stop the charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on all the charges. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in order to get a refund in their 15 day window. How can I do that when I cant figure out who they are?! How dare they blame me, shame on them! They refuse to refund the $159.60 they stole from me! I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and these crooks couldnt care less! If a company goes by a different name so you cant locate where the charges are coming from then you know they are corrupt and need to be shut down! Make sure to check your statements and look for their alias name usreportsreal! I will not allow them to get away with this, they stole from the wrong person!
Disappointed with usrealtyrecords.com's Pop-Up Box Policy
So, I was looking for some information about a property and stumbled upon usrealtyrecords.com. I thought it was a good deal when I saw that I could get a report for only $1.25. I started reading the report, but before I could finish, a pop-up box appeared asking if I was happy with the report. I thought it was okay, but I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to read the rest of the report after that. I felt like I got ripped off!
If they had left the pop-up box until the very end of the report, it would have been much better. Or, they could have put a choice box that lets you answer later. I did not and do not wish to purchase any other package. The information promised would have been sufficient for my needs. I am disappointed and very upset that I did not get what I was promised!
I sent an email to their customer service to see if I will receive what I was promised before deciding on reporting this site to the Better Business Bureau. I hope they will respond soon. I only gave them one star because I had to, but I would not have given them any stars because I did not get to read the report! How can someone rate something they did not get to read?
Overall, I think usrealtyrecords.com needs to improve their customer service and make sure that their customers get what they paid for. It's not fair to charge someone for something and then not deliver it. I hope they will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.
Beware of US Realty Records: Fraudulent Charges and Hidden Monthly Membership
I was looking for real estate records for my property and decided to give US Realty Records a try after seeing that they only charged $1.25 for a full report. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I was charged $19.95 instead. I went back to the site to see if I missed any fine print, but there was none to be found. Even when I entered the site as a new customer, the $1.25 price was still advertised and the $19.95 charge was nowhere to be seen, not even during checkout.
To make matters worse, I was signed up for a monthly membership without any disclaimer about it on the site. When I called their 1-800 number, the operator asked me why I needed their service. I found this to be irrelevant as nobody can question me about my legal purchases. I told him that if I go to the market and buy a pack of gum, the cashier cannot question me why, so I refused to answer his irrelevant question.
As I explained to him that the site clearly advertised $1.25 but charged me $19.95 plus a monthly membership, he refunded my money and cancelled the membership that I didn't even ask for. This experience was a prime example of fraud, and I urge others to stay away from these fraudsters.
I even attached a screenshot of the payment page that advertised $1.25, my credit card statement showing the $19.95 charge, and the repeating charge remark in my billing statement. It's important to be cautious when dealing with online services like this and to always double-check the fine print before making any purchases.
Uncovering the Truth about PCH Properties LLC and US Realty Records: A Warning to Tenants
I recently had an experience with US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com) that I feel compelled to share. It involves the sale of a 6 unit apartment/duplex dwelling that was sold on 9-29-17. The former owner told me that the sale happened sometime in early October 2017, but he did not know the buyers. I found this to be quite suspicious.
Upon further investigation, I discovered that PCH Properties LLC filed for FBN on October 25, 2017. Mrs. McCormack (AKA: "PHUNG, NHUC C") filed "Chapter 7" bankruptcy on these units on October 30, 2017, Book ***, Page 348, Document title: Grantor, Voluntary Petition. Code 587, (8 PAGES)! She and Robert McCormack own at least 6+ other rental properties in Sacramento County, along with their own personal home at 4422 Brisbane Lane, El Dorado Hills, CA.
Something "stinks to high heaven" about the "Chapter 7 bankruptcy" she filed on October 30, 2017! I shall get to the bottom of this, and it has everything to do with "PCH Properties LLC", who have at least 3 different addresses in downtown Sacramento, with phone numbers connected and inter-linking with one another to a "Real Estate" attorney, one "Purewal Manroop", who has admitted to me that he is one of the "Managing Owners" of this same PCH Properties LLC, which came into existence, solely for "managing" this tiny little 6 unit "low quality" apartments/duplex "dumps", where no self-respecting cockroach, nor bedbug would reside on Wintun Drive in Carmichael, California, ***!
PCH Properties came in like the "SS Gestapo", denuding our unit of every tree, which is against the law to do without cause, because of new "Environmental Acts"! Within 10 days, they gave every single tenant either a 30 day or 60 day "notice to vacate". The reason? Nothing~Blank! We've lived here going on 10 years now because we're disabled, low fixed income, and elderly, and rents have skyrocketed in the Sacramento City and outlying suburbs, and we couldn't find another affordable place to live. These "pirates" are asking double the rent we paid when we first moved in here!
It was worth the money I paid to get the truth, although the way they "suck one into it" is sneaky and underhanded. I tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in my life!

Disappointing Experience with US Realty Records: Paid for Less Information and Couldn't Access Report
I was looking to buy a property and I thought I'd give US Realty Records a try. They said they had more records than the free report, so I agreed to pay $1.25 for a report. But when I got the report online, it had LESS information than what I had already found through Google searches. I was disappointed because I was hoping to get more information about the property.
To make matters worse, when I clicked on the link they emailed me to see my report, I got a -404 error (page not found). I was frustrated because I had already paid for the report and now I couldn't even access it. I tried to contact their customer service, but I didn't get a response.
I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company and block further charges from US Realty Records. I had read other reports of people being charged $19.95 once the $1.25 charge was accepted, so I didn't want to risk it.
Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with US Realty Records. I had hoped to get more information about the property, but instead, I got less. And the fact that I couldn't even access the report I paid for was frustrating. I would not recommend using their services.
Black Rock Consult Pro Saved Me from a Real Estate Scam: My Experience with US Realty Records
Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with US Realty Records. Let me tell you, there are so many sketchy real estate brokers out there on the interwebs these days. I almost got taken for a ride by some shady dude in Australia. I put down $35,000 as a stake on a property and everything seemed cool at first. But then, outta nowhere, they disappeared! My account got logged out and I couldn't get in touch with them for like two whole weeks. I was freaking out, man. I thought I'd been scammed for sure.
But then, I heard about Black Rock Consult Pro and I decided to give them a shot. And let me tell you, they came through for me big time! Within just a few days, I had my money back in my account. I was so relieved, you have no idea.
So, if you've had a similar experience with some shady real estate broker, don't hesitate to reach out to Black Rock Consult Pro. They'll hook you up, no doubt about it. And as for US Realty Records, well, let's just say I won't be doing business with them again.
Mixed Review of US Realty Records: Accuracy Questionable, but Some Useful Features
I recently had an issue with US Realty Records when I couldn't print out a report that I had paid for. It was quite frustrating, but I eventually managed to get it sorted out. However, I'm not entirely convinced about the accuracy of the value or market value of the property I was interested in. It seems far too low, especially considering the size of the yard which is quite large for a city property.
The house itself looks decent enough from the outside, but I'm a bit concerned about the reported square footage. Another site I checked out said it had an inside square footage of 1,099, whereas US Realty Records only reported 1,072. It might not seem like a big difference, but for a potential buyer, every little bit of extra space can make a difference.
On the plus side, US Realty Records did have a great picture of the house and yard from May 4, 2016. However, I did some research and found out that there are some major changes planned for the area in terms of OTC and city utilities. This could potentially have a big impact on the property in question, so it's something to keep in mind.
Overall, I think US Realty Records has some good features, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve. The accuracy of their reports is a bit questionable, and the website could be more user-friendly. However, if you're willing to do some extra research and double-check the information, it could still be a useful resource for finding properties.

Beware of Sneaky Monthly Fees: My Experience with US Realty Records
I just used US Realty Records to get a report and it only cost me $1.25. But then they tried to trick me into buying a monthly membership by changing the pages and making it seem like I had to buy it to continue. Luckily, I read carefully and realized I could skip that page and just get my report. I printed it out and it was pretty good for what I needed. It's a good deal as long as you don't fall for their sneaky monthly fee thing (unless you actually want it). I would have given it a higher rating if they weren't so underhanded about it.
US Realty Records Review: Misleading Design and Confusing Membership Options
I heard about US Realty Records (usrealtyrecords.com) and decided to check it out. At first glance, the website looks pretty legit. They claim that they are not trying to deceive anyone or make them sign up for a subscription they don't need. However, I found that the website's design is a bit misleading. The bright orange color and large text make it seem like you need to sign up for a membership to get the information you need.
When I clicked on the "Search Now" button, I was taken to a second page where I was given the option to sign up for a membership. The website claims that there is a base payment, but I found that the way it is presented is a bit confusing. I can see how someone could accidentally sign up for the $19 per month membership without realizing it.
However, if you look closely, there is a grey button below the orange button that will only charge you $1.95. This is a one-time fee that will give you access to the information you need. But even with this option, I would not recommend using US Realty Records.
In my opinion, you can find the same information on other websites like Zillow. Why waste your time and money on a website that is confusing and potentially misleading? Stick with a website that you know and trust.
Usrealtyrecords.com Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Money on This Site
So, I was trying to find out who owns this property and I stumbled upon usrealtyrecords.com. The website seemed legit at first, but then it started to do this whole song and dance, checking this and that, and making it seem like they had the information I was looking for. But, when it came down to it, I couldn't see anything without putting in my credit card information and email to purchase the report.
I decided to take the plunge and purchase the report, but to my dismay, the report came back with no information on the property! I was so frustrated and angry that I immediately reported them to the BBB and threatened to dispute the charge on my card if they didn't refund me.
To make matters worse, I couldn't find anywhere on the site to close my account or edit/remove my credit card information. It's like they want to trap you into using their service forever.
Overall, I would not recommend using this site. It's a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and find a different website that actually provides the information you need without all the extra hoops to jump through.
Warning: Scam Alert! Stay Away from This Deceptive Website
This website is not good, let me tell you. The guy who runs it is a real crook. You think you're just paying a little bit of money for a report, like 95 cents or $1.95 or something like that. But what they don't tell you is that you're actually signing up for a monthly subscription that costs $19.95! And they don't make it easy to cancel either. You can't just do it on their website, no sir. You gotta call or email them, and good luck getting a response. I tried and tried, but nothing. So I had to go through the hassle of filing a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. It was a real pain in the you-know-what. So take my advice and stay away from this site. You'll be sorry if you don't.
Beware of Hidden Charges on Usrealtyrecords.com - My Experience
So, I was looking for a house and stumbled upon usrealtyrecords.com. They offered a report for only 0.95$, which seemed like a good deal to me. I decided to buy it and entered my credit card information. I was a bit hesitant, but I went ahead with the purchase anyway. The website clearly stated that it was a 0.95$ purchase, so I thought that was all I had to pay.
However, the next day, I saw two charges on my banking app. One was for 0.95$, which was the amount I had agreed to pay, but the other was for 19.95$. I was shocked and confused. I immediately emailed the company to ask for an explanation. Unfortunately, they didn't have any explanation for me. They simply refunded my money without any apology or explanation.
I suspect that they automatically put me on a monthly subscription for 19.95$. That's a scam, if you ask me. I bet half the people who use this website don't even realize that they're being charged every month until it's too late. It could go on for years without them even noticing.
Overall, I'm glad that I got my refund, but I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from the company. I would advise anyone who uses this website to be very careful and read the fine print carefully. Don't be fooled by the low price of the report, because it might end up costing you a lot more than you bargained for.
US Realty Records Review: Misleading Website and Non-Existent Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with US Realty Records. I was trying to get some information on a property and stumbled upon their website, which seemed pretty legit at first. I mean, they were offering a trial for just $1.95, so I figured I'd give it a shot. But boy, was I wrong.
Turns out, that $1.95 was just a sneaky way to get me to sign up for a $20 subscription. I didn't even realize it until I saw the charge on my credit card statement. I was pretty pissed off, to say the least. I tried calling their customer service line, but no one picked up. I tried their live chat, but no one was there either. It was like they were avoiding me on purpose.
Eventually, I got an email saying that my account had been cancelled. But there was no mention of a refund. I was starting to think I was out $20 for nothing. It wasn't until I sent several emails and was persistent that I finally got my money back. And even then, it was a hassle.
Honestly, this company needs to get their act together. Their website is confusing and misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. And to top it off, their employees don't even seem to be on the same page. Joshua commented on my review saying that I could have gotten a refund if I had asked for one. But I did ask for one, and it took forever to get it.
So yeah, if you're thinking about using US Realty Records, I'd say beware. Unless you want to deal with a bunch of headaches and frustration, I'd look elsewhere for your property information needs.
US Realty Records Review: Inaccuracies in Report and Concerns about District Listings
I decided to check out US Realty Records to see what kind of information they had on my home. I was curious to see what details they had listed in their report. I was a bit disappointed to find that there was one inaccuracy in the report. The report stated that my home had only 2 bathrooms, when in fact it has 2.5 bathrooms. This may not seem like a big deal, but when it comes to real estate appraisals, every detail counts.
In addition to the bathroom inaccuracy, I also noticed that the police and school districts were not listed correctly. This was a bit concerning to me, as I want to make sure that any potential buyers or renters have accurate information about the area.
Overall, I would say that the report was just "whatever." It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I wasn't too upset about the inaccuracies, as the report only cost $0.95. However, I can see how it could be a matter of principle for others to get a more accurate report, regardless of the cost.
If you're thinking about using US Realty Records, I would suggest trying another site first. Unless, of course, you're just looking to find out the square footage of your home's living space for a dollar.
UsRealtyRecords.com
UsRealtyRecords.com illegally signed me up for their membership. On 1/20/2022 2022, the Boone County Assessor's Office in Illinois listed this website to get property information. So I electronically paid fee $19.95 & rec'd the link via email. MY BAD...for not noticing UsRealtyRecords.com auto-charged my credit card $19.95 for 8 months = $159.60 total from Feb to Sept!
I called [protected] to find out why they were charging my credit card. This phone# turned out to be an overseas company. The customer service rep said I AGREED for this membership! I would've never agreed to join at $19.95 per month. Their customer service rep was a rude and argumentative and insisted I checked the box to join. Overall, the information I needed was not legit to use to close a mortgage contract.
Desired outcome: Please refund 8 months of $19.95 per month membership 159.60
service
In March 2019 I looked on this page and started to fill out the forms but when I seen it was a monthly charge i DID NOT finish. I did not agree to anything but they went ahead and took the money for two months. Now that i looked on the complaints this happened to alot of forks. I want it to stop be taken out of my bank account and my 2 month payments refunded.
no response from them
Absolutely useless website with tons of useless information. You don't want what they provide.
I paid for my membership every month. Well, they just charged me when they wanted and I had nothing against it. But suddenly, they closed my account without telling me. And by the way, their charges didn't stop.
I immediately called them.
They said: I'm sorry, but if you want to resolve your issue, it should be described in an email. Please, send your complaint to [protected]@usrealtyrecords.com, we will answer within several hours.
It's been 5 days. Excuse me, but how many more hours should I wait? You answer within 120 hours and more?
Realty service program
I started to join the program but got near the end and read you wanted to bill monthly from my credit card, so I never finished and did not hit the agreement button at the end of the process to cancel the transaction. you went ahead and billed my account for .95 to start up . I do not want the service so you need to cancel these charges for me. Donald Brown
We didn't get report and agent kept silence
We searched for the property and examined the website www.usrealtyrecords.com. We wanted to get more details about the property, its condition and taxes. We emailed the agent, but he told that we needed to register on the website and request report. We did as he told us and we paid for the report, which haven’t received. We tried to get explanation from the agent, but he decided to stop our communication at all.
don't make me have to get a new card number, keep your hands off my bank account, I never agreed with you to take any money from me, so you know I reported you to BBB
