I work at Advance Auto Parts and travel an hour everyday to do so. I pass through Abbeville & Auto zone is the only parts house there. About 7:30pm my belt started sqilling & had to stop to tighten my retainer.. I parked in front went and asked if I could use a tool to tighten my belt..a Grey shirt lady said if I didn't have $30 0to rent the tool & that I could not use with her out there just right outside, that there is nothing else She can do for me...i had to call my dad from 25miles away to bring a socket and Rachel.. i just needed to tighten a Bolt!. She was rude, non professional, didn't want to try and help me and told me you used to work here you know the policy.. I have sent many cust to that store if we didn't have in stock.. I will never refer any one again herworst customer service ever...

My husband has worked for auto zone 5 yrs never had to deal with a Hostile environment until moving to Pensacola his co worker which is a PSM Richard Brooks of store #4949 has threaten my husband by telling customers, and fellow employee that he is gong to make sure that my husband get fired. Richard Brook is also friends with the store manager Sam, Richard lied to Sam and said my Husband cursed him out when all my Husband asked for was his password . My husband missed a meeting on Nov 12 and was told buy the store manager that she was not going to write him up then 10 days later she did .My husband loves helping customers and love his job also I feel that this location is holding him back it is no secret to anyone he wants a transfer he has told Curry the DM several of times been asking to get out this store for 3 months now Curry dodges his managers . He also allow his store manager Sam to sit in the back and do nothing not even engaged with the customers .My husband is very devoted to this company and if this how you allow managers to treat other managers, and store managers to allow it . Auto zone needs to reevaluate who they have in charge of there stores!
