On 12/29/23 I stop in store 319 in Livingston Alabama order a Bigger Jack combo the fires was cold the sandwich had to to much salt on couldn’t eat it the order # is 21 this is poor customer service the young lady was setting on the counter the place were you put the customer food on have been in management retail for over 30 year I don’t understand why the manager on duty would entertaining here she sat on the counter I ask here and the answer I got we don’t service food on the counter we put it on a tray and then service the customer. I spend $12.73 for food and can’t eat it.

Desired outcome: Trash the food would like my money back
