Order a sandwich online for two sandwiches (bogo). I arrived at this store and only received 1 SANDWICH, totaling $15. When j inquired about my seconf sandwich (bogo), I was told that the coupon that was used online was fraudulent and could not be used. When I asked for a refund based on this "fraudulent" coupon, I was told i has to contact corporate. And i was told by the cashier that she didn't know corporates phone number and walkes away. Meanwhile, a male employee to me to "get the [censored] out of the store". I called the police for assistance and MIRACULOUSLY the female cashier produced corporates #. The WORSE customer service and unprofessionalism I have EVER experienced at a Subway franchise. A misreresentation of your brand.
