Store 17877-0 Powell Tennessee under new management refused to honor Subways coupons. I've been going to this neighborhood subway 5 years. Never have they not honored their company coupons. I ordered 2 subs Sunday totaling $23.42 for delivery from store 6093 Lake Worth Rd in Greenacres, Fl 33463 and never received my order. Their website had them being delivered to themselves. However they still charged me for them! I tried calling them and their phones werent working either. I have tried to call the store for 2 days now and get NO answer. All I want is the food I paid for!

Subway My rewards

I purchased a footlong pass for the month of April and have not been able to access it because the app keeps stating rewards not available at this time. It is happening every day. I located a corporate number and was told which option to choose online to contact customer care. I submitted and received an automated response it was received. The email does not provide any other info or allow you to reply back for an update. Each time I call back within the hours they are supposed to be available. I get a message they are not available and to call back. I attempted to talk to an operator but she stated she is the only person that answers the phone and she can’t help with the issue. She even told me the pass is no refundable even if they don’t give it to me. I am going to keep trying to reach them to resolve but I will no longer be a customer. They do not value the customer’s experience but will take your money. I am shocked at their attitude and did not realize they have made it impossible to reach them for help unless it is an issue in a specific restaurant that you can work with that manager. Very disappointed 😔

Desired outcome: I would like them to fix the issue with my rewards quickly or refund me for the pass since they did not provide it to me to use after I paid for it.

Subway subway at 4110 Mystic Valley Parkway Medford MA.

This location was not accepting coupons. Buy one get one free! Not good! The store would not honor coupon for free cookies. I had been going to this store for years, there's new people in the store, do they know what they're doing? I swiped my subway card "didn't calculate any reward points. Subway Customer service

Subway at Booragoon had 3 people working at 11:00am on the 30/03/2023. I approached the counter one gentleman had his back to the counter but looked to be busy. The other two a younger male and female both made eye contact with me when I was standing there at the counter and totally ignored me not only as a customer but as a person. That could be taken a number of different ways. Discrimination, my sexual orientation as a male or female, maybe I had a visible religious item they could see and decided I wasn’t worth serving. If they have an issue with customer or doing the job they are employed to do then they should be fired and replaced with people who actually deserve a job in hospitality! I’ll be putting this on more media sites as one of the worst places in Perth! Congratulations. Wouldn’t hurt to have a Health Inspector visit this place!

Desired outcome: Fire the two employees they don’t deserve a job or pay check! Or just take they pay they got in the 30/03/2023 they didn’t earn it. For them it’s free money. Subway is giving employees free money.

Subway Corporate headquarters not responding

Hi, My name is Deborah Klein, I have a rental contract with Subway headquarters. The rental agreement is not between me and the franchisee but between me and Subway Corporate. In March of 2022, the franchise walked out of the store to never be heard from again. After several months and a complaint from the health inspector, I hired a locksmith to unlock the door to the building. I had made several attempts to reach anyone at Subway to help me. I e-mailed Chris Ball at Subway headquarters several times. Had an attorney send a certified letter to Subway. In December of 2022 Mr. James Martin from New Haven, CT, phone number [protected] called me stating that he was going to get my contract paid out and settle with me. I have not heard from him again and get no answer when calling the number. The rental contract states that Subway will pay out one years rent if they break the contract early, which they did and that the building would be returned to the way they received it when the contract was signed. Last month, one year after the franchisee walked out I hired a crew to clean up the store and remove equipment so that I can rent the building. Subway discontinuing products

I have been a loyal customer for many years but am starting to not like your products. First, you discontinued your Sweet Onion Dressing and replaced it with a Sweet Onion/Teriyaki dressing. NOW, you have discontinued your Spinach Wrap bread and replaced it with a White Wrap bread. Two of my favorite things are not available any more! You are beginning to lose my business!

Subway What if she had a stroke?

Hello Subway, I want you to check into this, PLEASE READ~~~

WHAT IF MY SISTER HAD A STROKE

So, I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich from Subway tonight. I had my heart set on this sandwich as, I'd ordered it several times before and it was above and beyond my expectations. Well, being that I am an insulin dependent Diabetic, I always time my order to the time for my shot. Tonight I ordered as usual and the whole experience was hell from the delivery on out. First I looked out my door to see my food was being delivered to my door by two very large white males, no prob since I always request my dasher ring my bell and hand me my food. The one handing me my food stood a whole arms length away shoulder to shoulder with the guy with him. Not afraid I opened my door grabbed my food and said "thank you"! They just mumbled something inaudible and left. First thing I noticed was the top of the bag was simply tied in a little bow knot, then I realized the sandwich was cold even though, I live 1.6 miles from the store (mind you I should've known it was going to be a crap shoot). So, I checked the wrap and realized it hadn't been tampered with and unwrapped it, first thing, placed it on a plate and microwaved it for 15 SEC's., Sat down to eat and noticed the bread had been nuked to sawdust from the get go then, I realized that the toppings I asked for were minimal at best. I had 3 pieces of tomato, 2 or 3 pickles, less than a dash of black olives, 2 or 3 cherry peppers and a whole head of lettuce, onions and green peppers. Still I have taken my shot and now faced with having to eat less than a quality sandwich for the $13.96 plus tax and delivery tip another $3.00. I decided no, I am going to call them on this cardboard sandwich. Elijah answered my call to [protected] store #[protected] Beck Lane Lafayette, IN. 47909. He was very polite when I inquired about him being the manager. He replied "no ma'am, I'm not but, she is taking care of a customer and will get on the phone". I thanked him and, within a minute Crystal answered, "Hello this is Crystal how may I help you" I explained my sandwich arrived with barely the toppings I asked for when I placed my Door dash order. Crystal said "well, that is the way we normally fix the sandwich" I then advised her on previous orders for the same sandwich, I never had this issue. Crystal then changed her story to "well, I am training a new guy and he probably messed up, I will speak to him". So, I asked "okay but what does that do about my sandwich"? Crystal then said, "well you got your sandwich so, what else do you want'? I then tried to speak and she cut me off saying " that's the way it goes if you don't come to the store to see your sandwich being made and ask for extra ingredients" again I tried to speak and Crystal got loud and told me " you can bring the sandwich back and I will replace it ( now if any of you are familiar with Diabetes and, taking insulin before you eat, you know it's not as simple as not eating within 15-20 minutes of that shot) I tried explaining that the reason " I had it delivered in the first place is because, I don't have a way to get there" Crystal talked over me until I said "Crystal if you would stop trying to talk over me you would hear what I am saying" Crystal then told me " that's not my problem ma'am, I offered you another sandwich if you want to come get it, that's what happens when you order through Door dash. If I could drive and deliver you another sandwich but, I can't" then she hung up on me. I called back, she answered and as soon as I said her name she yelled "either bring the sandwich back or don't but, I have things to do and stop calling my store" and again she hung up. I called back and this time Elijah picked up again I said " sir can you please relay to your manager that, I am a Diabetic and I" ( before I could explain that I took my shot and before my sugar drops I have to eat something), Elijah cut me off and said "that is not our problem, that is your problem and stop calling our store " then he hung up. Now, I realize this is very lengthy and trust me, I know someone out there believes I should've just dropped this but, the price nor freebie wasn't the issue, the principal is. Today's customer service is deplorable, I am sure it is many more people in my area that have paid for shoddy service from this establishment. The issue for me is as serious as one who may be allergic to a certain food and never, notice that food has been placed on their sandwich after instructing them what not to add. Then, is it not their problem if I died because, of their lack of respect for the patron who pays their salary by shopping with them. I would've been satisfied with an apology with no excuse, and a promise to take my name for a later delivery. I really understand that mistakes are made however, the way this girl spoke to me as a customer was downright unacceptable. To add further insult to injury she subsequently allowed a worker under her management to be disrespectful as well. I wonder if the Corporate offices of Subway are content with this kind of representation. I am disgusted, angry, insulted and frankly appalled at them if they are. I plan for this post to reach the masses because, this is what you get according to Crystal when you patronize SUBWAY ON BECK LANE.

I am very concerned about my sister, we have already buried over 20 family members, if you’re paying for a service you should not be placed into a situation where you feel vulnerable we’re not only does. The manager hangs up in your face three times crystal that a coworker Elijah would do the same.

Subway Ft long sub

On 7 Mar 2023 I ordered a ft long rotisery chicken sub for takeout I got home and the sub was missing mayo honey mustard olives and there was no chicken, I have ordered this sub many times it was horrible and I threw it away, My friend ordered a sub and it seemed fine I want my money back! Subway An order I did not received

I was charged for an order on line that I did not received. I had order twice and it was modified or canceled twice by subway and door dash. I and enclosing information from subway on line order I tried to order. [protected]:40 AM

Subway Incorrect Big Order for Company luncheon

Our company orders lunch for our employees once a month. Last Tuesday I placed my order for 51 Easy Lunch Box, for pick up Wednesday. When I ordered online sandwiches should had cheese, let and tomato. I did not select to remove anything from the sandwiches. Only requested white bread. I ordered 4 veg trays.

I got back to work with order, and we had to open every sandwich and verify what kind was in each box. We all get our sandwiches and only had whited bread and meat. NO CHEESE, NO LET, NO TOM.

When I called to talk with manager, she complained about the exCater app and how much they hated it.

Subway Foot-long sandwich

10 days ago from today, 2/20/23, I purchased the very same sandwich with the very same coupon. Today the same store said they couldn't honor the coupon, well within expiration date. The attendant said normally she could override the charge, but the boss recently disabled that ability.
If this is a new game franchisers are going to entertain, the Coupon Sheet you mail to our homes should state in BOLD clear printing, 'Some Subways can disavow these coupons,' prior to us getting to the point of purchase.

Subway APP

I have been a lifelong customer of subway and it is with regret to say that I will not be a customer any longer.

I am 67 years old now and I am not into the gimmicks and gags that are now used to get customers.

I refuse to submit to allowing subway or any one else to mine my data in order to get better prices on food than regular lifelong customers. I do hope that other customers will have the same opinion as myself and follow my lead of withdrawal from your customer list!

Subway Bad customer service

Does subway serve customers with an order of 5 subways and 1 wrap at lunchtime, or are customers required to do this online? Today I walked into the Subway store at Anzac Parade Tuggerah around 12.30... lined up. When I got to the counter I had a list of all requirements for our staff lunch meeting including a visitor. I told the girl behind the counter I had 5 subways and 1 wrap. She said to me "big orders should be placed on line" and actually looked as though she was not happy with me (the customer). She then turned around to the other people lining up and said, Ive got a big order to fill, there will be a wait time of 5 minutes.

Making me feel very uncomfortable. I proceeded on to the next girl she fullfilled my order and as I was so uncomfortable giving her my required order, I returned back to the Director with an order the same as the others. I had not remembered that his order was different. I actually felt very uncomfortable all through my order as if I was doing something wrong. As the 2nd girl who also repeated that big orders are done on line, my reply was "I tried to do it on Menu log but it disappeared as I was trying to place a lot of Subways

The second girl replied to me,"yeah you should have got off Menu log and gone on the Subway online. I took back to our local office at Tuggerah. 5 subways, one Gluten free wrap and drinks to the value of $84.00. There was nothing on any of the subways to say what was in them. No label placed on any of them. So most of the staff ended up with the wrong subway as each had to be opened to see what was what.

Unfortunately for Subway I related my experience to all in the meeting at what had happened, and they all agreed that they would never go there. Even though our office is in close proximity to the Tuggerah Subway. I have never felt so humiliated and treated so rudely at walking into a place for lunch with an order for my staff.

I will never go there again.

Subway #8 chicken & bacon sub

Roasted chicken was tasteless and the bacon had no flavor at all. The garlic aoli was so over powering, you couldn't even taste the dill pickles which are usually extremely dill. You should really have your employees warn people of how powerful the garlic taste is, so much so that it gave a bitter taste to the sub. For the price, it was a really bad sandwich. Reminded me of why we stopped going to subway a couple years ago. Your company wouldn't accept AARP card for a senior discount and did away with the free senior drink as if pop is so expensive. We really felt discriminated against as a senior. Shame on you!

Subway The rude treatment from the 2 employees, probably because we are handicap

I wrote a letter about 10 mins ago about store number 7438 and I lost it and iam not smart enough to find it on my ccomputer iam 70 years old sorry but it was from Debbie Padilla at 660 my phone number is [protected] from Kahoka missouri. i was complaining about the rude employees at the store in Keokuk Iowa, They were so rude and embrassed us so bad so we left to m]wendys . I didnt want wendys . your two old stores one in walmart and the other down the street was so much better.

I live in kahoka and drive 25 miles to get there i know that isnt all that far but we are hanicap people and dont see too well to take that drive,

Subway Negligent

I ordered subway online to get my reward of 2$ off my sandwiches and use the bogo footlong, and somehow my ticket end up on the ground the never did my order and I waited 20 minutes so my lunch break was over, I never got my sandwiches and I asked them to cancel it. The lady rudely stated she was and it never got cancelled and I never got my 2$ credit back! Im very displeased with my seevice. The cashier was the only nice person there and she had already notified them that I had been waiting but I guess they didnt care. So I ended up starving till I was out of school and I look to see if the charge was removed and it still hasnt been taken care of. Very upset because I love subway but its hard to even continue to do business with the company after this.

Subway Customer service at Vandenberg SFB

I visited the subway location at Vandenberg SFB today, I ordered a footlong all American club sandwich Turkey, ham, and bacon, I ask the food service worker to just give me ham instead of turkey. She rudely replied that that will mess up her inventory, but I could pay for extra ham. She was very rude and unwelcoming. At the register I presented a footlong meal coupon, she informed me that she doesn't have medium cups and I would have to pay extra for a large cup. I told her it's not my fault she doesn't have medium cups. She again said it would mess up her inventory if she gives me a large cup. So, she gave me a small white cup without a lid, because she is also out of lids. For my inconvenience she should have given me a large cup with a lid at no extra charge. I wasn't able to go home and enjoy my sandwich, because the cup had no lid, and I don't want to waste it in my car. This is not the first time this food service worker is always rude and act if she is running a bootcamp. I will not purchase anything at Subways at that location as long as she works there.

Desired outcome: Please move this food service worker to another location. She is very rude and unfriendly toward military patrons.
