Your 2450 Government St Mobile, Al store has some of worst people working there and the supervisor or assistant in charge right now @ 5:00 pm is the time so you'll know the is worst of them all. I was getting my 1993 Oldsmobile checked for an alignment which they did do but the service and manner in which ways yours employees talked to me and another young black customers was not appropriate and highly unappreciated we spend money just as any other race when they're young but when you're young and black it's always a problem because minutes before I walked in @4:30 pm. It was an officer inside and also declining services the reason why I don't know. But when I decline the services because I needed more than just an alignment and I didn't have 1200 dollars laying around for what all I needed done, but when I asked him can I get everything you showed me printed out. Your store supervisor or assistant manager responded with "im not finna write all that down for somebody else to do" which has nothing to do with him if that's what I wanted to do anyway. To sum this all up if i'm getting an alignment and you have to check other things out first before you proceed with doing that shouldn't the technician be writing these things down for him and me to know what i'm dealing with but no I didn't get any of that and it's very messed up that I had to go threw all that and still no help like what was the point. But the white officer and white young female leaves with no problems or slick words being mumbled to them like this racist [censored] getting out of control cause I was in there to witness your supervisor or assistant manager interact with both of those white people and that dude tone or the way he talked never change until me another young black dude was in there.
