My name is carla moye. I have a complaint from friday, june 19, 2009 when my mother and I stopped by popeyes on our way back from alabama to louisiana. My mother's order was correct but my order of a shrimp dinner combo with side and drink was messed up. I asked for red beans and rice as my side and I was supposed to have a biscuit. I was given cole slaw and no biscuit. I could not call back because there was no number on the receipt and I was on my way to louisiana. On my way back to alabama on sunday june 21, 2009, I stopped back at the same popeyes so that they could rectify this mistake and the same waitress was there that waited on me before but the manager told me that I should have called back or have brought the receipt back in order for her to give me another order. I told her I was coming all the way from louisiana and I must have forgotten the receipt but I had my mother's receipt but she said it was nothing she could do. (We come back and forth from louisiana to alabama a lot since my sister unexpectantly died at 49 years to handle her affairs) I told this to the manager and told her that I stop in there all of the time and she still didn't care.
