RoomsToGo has been a total nightmare to me and my family. We are disabled grand parents with custody of 4 of our grand kids.On fixed income we went in the store picked out 2 sets of bunk beds with the trundle for when they had company over. They came out the first time with the bunk beds and mattresses set them up and ripped the light out of the ceiling in my hall way, now keep in mind we just bought this house for the kids. Never once said sorry I will make sure it's taken care of nothing. We call to see what we needed to do to get them to fix it and was told it could take 5 to 7 business days to send someone out. Here we are with the light fixture ripped out that the kids use for a night light and naked wires hanging. We called an electrician to come out and fix it because we figured we would never here from them again and we haven't. The next crew comes out yesterday to install the trundle beds but can't because the first crew put the bunk beds together wrong. Now my husband is back on the phone to get it fixed but now we have 2 huge drawers, and mattresses sitting in the middle of their room can barely get to their beds can't play in their room because it is gonna take a few more days for them to send a crew to put them together properly. Then we will have to wait God knows how many more days to get the trundles installed this has been the worst experience I have ever had with buying furniture. I was going back to furnish my living room, den and one of the bed rooms but not any more, will never use RoomsToGo ever again, Thanks RoomsToGo for making our wonderful move into a nightmare :(
