On July 18th I took my daughter and her friend to see Elemental. We sat down in the theater waiting for the movie to start. We could hear the trailers but there was no video, also the lights were constantly flickering. I thought I was going to throw up or have a seizure from the flickering! Finally, an employee came in and turned the video on. About 15 or 20 minutes before the end of the movie, the lights came on and started flickering again. Then the video for the movie went out. We could only hear it, so we didn't get to see the end of the movie.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the tickets.I emailed customer service (incident #[protected])
