My family and I went to the Owings Mills 17 theater today (5/10/24) to watch the Kung fu panda movie for 10:45am. The front door was lock. Movie was about to start. Workers and manager looking at us and wouldn't open the door. Why have a movie time for 10:45am? I drove a distance & through bad weather to get to this theater. We left. They never opened the door. Very unprofessional!
Claimed loss: Gas and time
Desired outcome: Corporate look into this and provide an explanation. Theater also need to issue an apology.
