02/14/2019 I called my order in at 2:30 pm to pick up at 5 pm CST
The Lady that took my order was very polite and courteous, but the redhead behind the counter was rude, I arrived early 4:15 because in the past my order has been sitting on the counter for 10 to fifteen minutes before I arrived. I let the cashier know I had ordered on the phone and my name, so after sitting there until 4:45 I asked again if my order was ready at this time the Mgr came out and told another guest who was there when I arrived that she apologize for his wait, His food had been sitting there for 45 minutes and was cold so she comp him his food which I thought was the right thing to do. so again I asked about my food and was told it was being prepared The redhead rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath Good for her I didn't hear what she said but a customer who was sitting near her said I guess you heard her and smiled, at this time I'm really pissed off for lack of a better word, I continued to wait at 5:43 I received my food check it and found it to be cold too but rather than make a scene I asked for an Mgr card which I did receive and here we are now. Then when I paid she didn't give me all my change back only.82 cents but it's my money. Speak to the Redhead, one day she will meet the right customer who will counteract with something she's not ready for. That whole situation could have gone so Left by the way they had to refund a customer who was there waiting since 5 and her order was coming out with mine.
