On Nov 30th 2019 we attempted to place an online order with buffalo wild wings in pell city al after finding out that we couldn't place one online we then called in all three of our orders. We were then told it would be 20-30 until ready which was absolutely fine due to it being iron bowl weekend and knowing they would be busy. we all three are at work at the local hospital so of course we only have 30 min lunch breaks. Upon arriving to pick up all three orders I was informed that NONE of the orders could be found so in which means that the person whom took our order over the phone did not place it . After being told to check to see if we had placed it at the correct store (in which we had) We were basically told that they didn't know what to do about it. Then a manager walked up and all we could tell me was that he could place the order now but it would be another 25-35 mins in which I did not have because like I said it was a 30 min lunch break. We here at the hospital bring a lot of business to this said buffalo wild wings. We order from here every weekend and This is just completely unacceptable. So now all three of the people whom ordered food from this buffalo wild wings now have no food for lunch and honestly unless something is done we do not plan to return to buffalo wild wings because this is just MESSED UP!
