OK well the points program sucks and is a joke. Last year they didn't give me my points twice on two visits, so I didn't go back there all summer.
Well it happened again twice. once on 4-4-24 i never got mt 300 points and yesterday I only went there because they offered me 3x points on $20 or more. I guess the $36 wasn't enough... If it wasn't for my server I wouldn't have went back. I feel bad for people that work there and depend on tips to live. Because I'm gone for good.

I've tried to really like this restaurant, as my friends want to go there whenever we are in Peoria. Even had a first date there, but I just can't find any wings that I like. They put WAY to much sauce on them and no matter what flavor you order, it seems like everything taste like Tabasco. I usually have a burning tummy and not feeling well the next day. I'm sure for a lot of people it's great and they love it. I just can't handle their sauce. I think I was ever forced to go back, I'd ask for plain no sauce or sauce on the side.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been there a few times now, and every time I go, I'm hoping for the appetizer sampler. But it seems like they're always out of something! And when I ask if they can just substitute it with something else, they always say no. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
The last time I went, I even called ahead to make sure they had everything in stock. But when I got there, they were still out of something! I mean, come on. If you're going to advertise something, you should at least have it available.
I've tried complaining to corporate, but they don't seem to care either. So I guess I'll just have to hit them where it hurts - their ratings. I'll be leaving negative reviews everywhere I can find, because I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this kind of disappointment.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my friends and we had a terrible experience. We arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon and waited for over an hour for our food. The entire restaurant was dirty and disgusting. There were dirty plates everywhere until a large party came in, then they immediately cleaned everything up.
The manager was not helpful at all. She told the waiter that she couldn't give a veteran at another table a box to take his free wings home. She said he had to eat it there or leave it. We told her that we had waited for food, drinks, and were surrounded by filth and she said thanks for the input.
Jen, our server, refused to reduce our bill and Tom, the manager, refused to come to our table. It was the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. We do not recommend going to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

I'm a teacher for a small school district and recently took a group of 8 students on a field trip. We decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. As soon as we arrived, all the students went to the bathroom except for one. The waitress there told me that I could sit wherever I wanted, but she didn't seem to notice that I had a full mini-van full of students with me. I decided to slide two tables together to accommodate our group, but the waitress gave me a very flippant response and walked away.
Another waitress came over to complain about our group size, asking how many more were going to join us. I told her that there were 8 more students on the way. The staff was very rude and it was only 1:00pm. There were only two other couples in the restaurant at the time, but they made us feel like we were giving them too much work to do.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service we received at Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was rude and unaccommodating, and it made for a very unpleasant experience. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

Me and my folks went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Twin Falls Idaho on February 4th, 2023. It's been a hot minute since we last went there, so we thought it'd be a good idea to catch some basketball and have a few drinks. When we got there and sat at the bar, the waitress asked us for our IDs. My husband's cousin and him showed theirs, but they thought it was a bit crazy since all three of us are 68 years old. I didn't have my ID on me since I just had foot surgery, but they still wouldn't serve me. My husband asked to see the manager, and he also asked for my ID. We were pretty bummed out about it, so we told the manager that we won't be coming back, and we'll be giving Chili's our business instead. Their chips and salsa are way better, and so is their food.
Understaffed and Out of Beer: My Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend and we sat at the bar. Unfortunately, they only had a few beer options available, including Coors Light, PBR, and Miller Light. Even the Wild Herd Bwubbs beer was out. I wasn't too bothered by it and ordered a beer along with some Asian Zing and Orange Chicken wings.
However, when the wings arrived, the guy sitting next to me got my order by mistake. The bartender took them back to the kitchen and brought them back to me, but I wasn't too happy about it. I told her I didn't want them anymore and asked for my tab. She said they made me a new batch, but I didn't believe her. I knew they were understaffed and probably just gave me the same wings.
I don't blame the bartender though, she was working hard with only two people serving the whole area. I blame the poor management for not having enough staff and letting so many beer brands run out. It's just easier to eat at home these days.

I just got the Ultimate Nachos from Buffalo Wild Wings through Door Dash. The menu is set by Buffalo Wild Wings, not Door Dash, so they control what and how you get anything except the delivery. When the nachos arrived, they only had a sprinkling of cheese, a small tub of salsa, and nothing else. Their picture of the dish has all the options on it - chili, peppers, chicken, and so on. But those are not the default and the website has them buried so deep you have to dig to find them. The amount of chips was ok but the toppings were almost not there at all. For $2.00 worth of chips, 4 tables spoons of cheese, and a very small tub of salsa (think Wendy's ketchup tub for dipping) it's not worth the $10.29 price. I was also charged $20.01 in total but the meal was $10.29, add the delivery fee of about a dollar and a $2.50 tip. That adds up to under $14, not the $20.01 I was charged. Poor buy in my view. I won't be buying that dish or anything else from Buffalo Wild Wings again.

I went to Buffola Wild Wings at Green Acres mall and ordered 20 wings with fries. I asked for 10 parmasuan and 10 lemon garlic. When I picked up my order, I was disappointed to find out that all 20 wings were lemon pepper and there were no fries. I had to drive for 25 minutes to get my order, and it was frustrating to find out that it was wrong. I called Buffolo wild wings to complain, and they asked for my credit card number over the phone to issue a credit. I refused to give my credit card number and asked to speak to a manager. Manager Chis got on the phone and promised to compensate me when I returned to the location the next day.
The next day, I called to confirm my arrival, and Oneil told me that he was the manager on duty. He confirmed that I would receive compensation when I arrived at the establishment. I was hoping for an apology for the inconvenience, but when I arrived, I only received salty fries. No one from the management team acknowledged their horrible mistake.
I was disappointed with my experience at Buffola Wild Wings, and I will never order from this establishment again. It was frustrating to have to deal with their mistake, and the compensation I received was not enough to make up for the inconvenience. I hope that they improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ft. Gratiot MI: Poor Customer Service and Unfair Treatment
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Ft. Gratiot MI last night and it was not a good experience. I've been going there for the past 3 years and have had good experiences, but last night was terrible. The hostess told me there would be a 15-minute wait when I arrived at 7:15 pm. I said that was fine and waited nearby. However, I was waiting for at least 35 minutes, going on forty, and what really made me angry was that two other parties of 2 and 3 people came in after me and were seated before me. Others also went ahead of me, but I think they had reservations. The hostess seemed to disappear as time went on.
I was really upset because I felt like I was being treated unfairly. I don't know if it was because of my age, being a single diner, or if it was company policy. I left because I was at risk of missing the last nearby bus pickup and I didn't like the way I was being treated.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with BW3's Online Ordering & Customer Service
I went on the BW3's website to place an order for some sauces. I ordered (4) Teriyaki Sauces and (1) Mild Sauce for delivery. The total was $32.45 including a $5 tip for the driver.
But then, their web server failed and I was unsure what happened to my order. I called the BW3 location and was told that they only have (3) Teriyaki Sauces for my order. I was a bit disappointed, but I thought it was okay. However, the employee was unsure how to issue a refund for (1) bottle of sauce and asked me to pick something else out. I told her that I don't want a different sauce and that I just wanted a refund for (1) bottle. I then waited to speak to the General Manager. He said that it would take up to 7-10 business days for a refund of $5.49 which is crazy.
I mean, it took them only a few seconds to take my money and now I have to wait up to 7-10 days for a refund and hope that it is correct. It's just not fair, you know?
I also asked the manager to include a corrected receipt with my order. But instead, I got an incorrect receipt. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get a receipt right?
This is the third time this has happened to me. I would assume that BW3's computers take some type of inventory of what their locations have before taking customer's money. But apparently, that's not the case.
So, be advised that if you place an order for something that they do NOT have in stock, they will insist that you substitute for something else AFTER they get your money. It's just not right.
Update - After waiting (9) days for a company reply or a credit, I have yet to receive a reply or a credit. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?
Maybe BW3 should let customers place an online order and pay them in 7-10 business days and see how they like it! That would be fair, right?
Also, when you buy at least 3 bottles of any of their sauces, you are supposed to get a "Crate of Sauce Discount". But every time I go to a BW3 location, they never apply the discount. I have to ask them for it.
They look at me like I am crazy. They give me excuses like "We don't give a discount". "We don't know what you are talking about", and "We have never given a discount like that before". I mean, seriously?
My reply is "Yes you do and here is my receipt". Then they have to get the manager who goes to the register and redoes the order and hits a "Magic Button" and by the force of a miracle, the discount is applied. It's just ridiculous.
Overall, I'm not very happy with my experience at BW3. I hope they can improve their customer service and inventory management in the future.

Blazin' rewards
They have blocked me from using my rewards. Starting in 2024 they want to "protect me" by sending a code to my cell phone. The only problem is that I don't have a cell phone. The phone number on the account is my home number.
I don't need a cell phone to access my bank, my credit card, my amazon prime or my eBay account through my desktop PC. Sending a code to an email has worked just fine for every other company I deal with.
It's been over a week and they haven't answered my many messages through their web site OR the voice mails I've left (they never answer the phone).
As senior citizens, we can't afford to go to BWW without the rewards program. I guess they just don't care to have us as customers anymore.

I recently visited one of their locations in Westerville and unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I have been to this location multiple times in the past, hoping for a better experience, but it seems like nothing has changed.
One of the biggest issues I had was with the service. We were constantly chasing after our waiter or waitress, trying to get their attention. It was frustrating to have to wait so long just to order our food or drinks. And to make matters worse, our server looked at us and laughed in our faces. I don't know if it was because we were a mixed-race couple or if she was just having a bad day, but it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Despite the poor service, the food at B dubs is usually pretty good. They have a wide variety of wings and sauces to choose from, as well as other menu items like burgers and salads. However, I don't think the food is good enough to make up for the terrible service we received.
Overall, I would not recommend this particular location of Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was terrible and the disrespectful behavior of our server was unacceptable. If you're looking for a good place to watch sports and enjoy some wings, there are plenty of other options out there.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Valley Stream on March 13th, 2022 and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out. I asked for my sauces on the side, but when I got home, there were no sauces and no fries! Went to Buffalo Wild Wing on Sep 16 2022 in Starkville MS. Waited for more than 30 minutes for our order inside the place. Drove back home for 30 minutes only to find out that the wings were the worst I've ever had! They were overcooked, very hard, and tough to chew. I feel like I've been ripped off for the money I spent at this place. I don't think I'll be coming back to this place again!
The service was slow and the food was not worth the wait. The wings were dry and lacked flavor. The sauce was not evenly distributed and the wings were not crispy. The fries were also overcooked and tasted stale. The drinks were not cold and the ice had melted. The atmosphere was noisy and the music was too loud. However, when I received my order, I only got five of each flavor. It wasn't a big deal, but when I tried to eat them, they were so dry that it was really disappointing. The lemon pepper wings were especially dry, and I couldn't even finish them. I ended up throwing out the habanero mango wings because they were just as dry.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Aberdeen, SD ain't the best place to go for some good grub. We've tried to order from there a few times during the busy hours and weekends, but the customer service is just plain bad. B-Dubs Atmosphere is Fun, but the Sauce is Overwhelming
I been to Buffalo Wild Wings a few times now, and I gotta say, I'm still not sold on it. My buddies always wanna hit it up when we're in Peoria, so I keep giving it a shot, but I just can't seem to find any wings that I really like. They always slather on way too much sauce, and no matter what flavor I order, it all just tastes like Tabasco to me. And they've got a pretty decent selection of other stuff on the menu too, if wings aren't your thing. But for me, it's just not my go-to spot for wings.
Disappointing Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings: Poor Service, Inconsistent Food, and Dirty Restaurant
I tried to order some food from Buffalo Wild Wings online, but when I went to pick it up an hour later, they told me that my order never went through. So, I had to wait another hour for my food. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.
When I finally got my order, I noticed that some of the traditional wings had too much sauce on them, while others had no sauce at all. It was a bit of a mixed bag, and I wasn't too impressed.
To make matters worse, the website doesn't seem to be working properly anymore. So, when we tried to call in our order instead, they just hung up on us. It was really frustrating, and it made me wonder if they even care about their customers anymore.
And if that wasn't bad enough, the traditional wings are now about half the size they used to be, and the prices just keep going up. It's pretty disgusting, to be honest.
To top it all off, the restaurant itself is not very clean. The carpet is dirty, and the tables smell like mold. It's not a very pleasant place to eat, and it's definitely not worth the money.
Overall, I have to say that Buffalo Wild Wings has really gone downhill. I used to love this place, but now I'm not so sure. If they don't start improving soon, I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Arrive about 3:30 pm on Sunday 4/2/23 four people table 222/1, Server Jalesa.
Got our food on time, she checked with us, all was well. I asked for more ranch dressing for my wings, Jalesa stated I be with you... Then I waited five or more minutes for the wings will my food got cold. She was doing something on the order register, located near the table. So I said again can I get some ranch dressing.
Jalesa turns and says to me I will get your ranch when I finish putting this order in the register in a real nasty. Then turned and continued to work on the register. The manager was requested by me she came and move the server to another table. I would like a refund.

REALLY Buffalo Wild Wings?!
You're charging a Takeout Service Fee for YOUR convenience? This is not a Delivery Fee. That would be understandable and reasonable. Exactly what SERVICE does this cover? THE CUSTOMER is coming to you, placing an order, paying for it (in advance of eating) and departing. There is NO INCONVENIENCE to your establishment for the pickup. Packaging? That is already built-in to your price. EXPLAIN.
Desired outcome: Remove this ridiculous fee! Your employees will now suffer the consequences because I will no longer tip for my takeout.
