Huddle House

Last night we went to huddle house and when I say the service was ridiculous, it was awful. So there's 5 of us and we sit down at 12:30, there's 3 other tables and 2 people sitting at the counter and every other table in there needs to bussed. We waited until 12:50 until I fianlly got up and asked if someone could help us. Oh and keep in mind there were three workers there, the whole time the cook was standing outside smoking which we could see from where we were sitting, and the two ladies were in the back. The lady gets our order order we wait 10 minutes still no drinks and the cook is yet to come back inside. So I take matters into my own hands and go behind the counter and make our drinks, I took two tables drink orders and refilled the other tables drinks. (considering i've been a waitress for 4 years now I knew what I was doing) I talked to one of those tables and they never got half of the food they ordered. The cook fianlly comes in and never washes his hands. Makes one meal and goes back outside. Waitress brings us the one meal out of 5 and it's not even what we ordered so she just sets in on the table next to us. She brings our appetizer then she goes and sits in a booth on her phone. We waited until 1:30 until we told the cook that we still have 4 more meals that we ordered. The waitress lost our ticket and couldn't remember what was on it. So I go to the cook and ask if he needs help cooking because we've been waiting for now an hour and no one else was in the anymore so there was no reason we shouldn't have our food. He just looked at me and didn't say anything and fianlly started cooking. I went to refill our drinks and he goes aren't you to young to be working in a restaurant and I was like no sir i'm not and I have been for almost 4 years now and this service is ridiculous. So I proceed to refill our drinks and ignore him. We fianlly get our food the order still not being right and jon gets up to find syrup and there is a roach on the bottle. We ended up not leaving until 2:30. That place needs a whole new staff
