Service and food and building
On November 16, 2021 at 11am. I emerged in Huddle House in Greenville, Mississippi. The employees were not professional. The building need to be upgraded. My prime rib omelet tasted like a biscuit instead of egg and meat. The hashbrowns were cold and not brown enough. The employees were loud.. I enjoy Huddle House but the one in Greenville Mississippi is awful. Will not be going back there.
Food and service
I went to Pinson, Alabama huddle house. I ordered breakfast combo that I always order. The waitress didn't know and argued with me on what come on the platter. When I received my food I knew hash browns were missing. The waitress said no they changed the menu. I got the menu and looked. I had everything the platter came with except hash browns. I ask the cook and he called me a liar. He told me to bring my plate to him to prove they were missing. Another waitress told him to cook my hash browns he said no I was lying. I told him never mind I was leaving.
Desired outcome: Manager/owner call me [protected]
Phone service
They open at 6. I call at 6:45 a.m. and the phone isn't connected. I call back at 7 the phone rings rings and rings. I call back at 7:30 the phone rings and rings and rings. I just called back at 7:50, Someone picks up the phone and sits it on the counter. I say hello 7 times and all I hear is the background talking and music. I hang up and call right back and now it's not ringing. my family and friends eat here but I'm going to persuade them and others not to eat here if nun changes. The worst experience.
Service
My boyfriend and I came to our huddle house in Harlan ky around 7:30 pm. We made it to the door and the waitress mouthed to us through the door that she was closed, and we couldn't come in. Although we saw multiple other people inside sitting. The hours on the door and sign both say closing at 10 pm. I even call the customer service to be sure they didn't close earlier on sundays. She assured me it was indeed 10 pm. We were not only 2.5 hours before closing. But we were not served and told we couldn't come in.
Desired outcome: For the said waitress to stay true to her hours.

Razor blade in food
We ordered 3 omelettes and hash browns all the way and a skillet meal . My husband was eating his western omelette and and bit into something, spit it out … it was a piece of a razor blade informed management. Just to be told that we were lying ! So angry! That could've really hurt him . She told us there's nothing they can do about it …. So we paid $ 56 for 4 uneaten meals . Will never be back to any Huddle House ever . This is our second bad experience with this restaurant. My number is [protected]
Desired outcome: Training on how to treat customers with serious complaints
Management
The store is never open and the manager is outrageous towards employees Lisa. The store manager stays clocked in and is never there and everyone there is on on drugs and has went downhill they are stealing the store blind below is examples of how management treats the employees calling them out on group chat

I was dining in earlier this week on second shift with a grimy cook. I have never felt this way before about this place. But something needs to be done. I have heard Johnathan speak of very vulgar language to coworkers. He has made fun of another cook in front of customers. He was making fun of another first shift cook Mike of his disability. As a concerned...

The huddle house on Lancaster, sc is a dam joke. Pulled up to the employees smoking drugs. Smelled awful. Got inside to get our food and the one waitress took our drink order and food order. Mean while other people who were smoking with the staff in the restaurant. The food came out cold and wrong. Waitress never came back to check on us. Thought it was funny when we asked to pay for the drinks so we could leave. Very pissed.
Service and food
This was the one in Saint Paul's North Carolina. We arrived there and there was only 3 tables of customers being served but they told us to leave!!! They had 4 employees on staff last night but due to one being new they said that they couldn't take anymore customers. There was 5 other customers literally told to leave!! We waited around for a table to clear...

I went online to place an order and when I tried to check out it would not go to the next step.
I tried calling numerous times, no answer. This same thing happened a few weeks ago and I drove across town and ordered. I was told that they had to turn off online ordering because they were so busy and couldn't answer phone for same reason.
Disappointed. Now I have to eat Burger King!
Cleaning and customer service
This place is so dirty, they mopped the floor with dirty water leaving mudding foot prints on floor smack in the middle of day when they are so busy. We watched a small boy fall on the wet floor going to the table. They are not cleaning tables off so customers can sit down and are making the customers waiting on tables stand outside until they decide to...

Desired outcome: Some service or explanation
Wanted to use coupon online but couldn’t. And wanted my money back.
I called my order online and it said it will be ready within 15 minutes so I made sure if the food will be ready and call the Huddle house but nobody answered and wen they did my order will be ready another 30 minutes. So I ask if I can get a discount on it but they I said can get money back on the card next few days. The last time I wanted to call in order they told me to order line so now I did and I have to wait another 30 minutes.
Huddle House on 25 south greenwood sc
My husband and I went to the one one on 25 south in greenwood SC. As soon as we went in the waitresses were like who wants to get them and everybody was like not us and then the cook said [censored] them two! This was very inappropriate and rude. This was supposed be my surgery dinner and they ruined it. This is the second time we had to leave this one they think they can all cuss loudly and be rude to customers. Please help this situation. Thanks Elizabeth Hepler.

The service and bathrooms at the Brookwood, Alabama location. The food was horrible, the service was non existent, the restroom was horrendous unless you like figure skating in the restroom on pee, . I have eaten at this location multiple times but this was definitely my last.
Desired outcome: Better housekeeping
Complaint
My wife and I decided to stop at huddle house enterprise, al for lunch. He eats breakfast there every day for the past 9 years and occasionally lunch or dinner. To day we were greeted with ane waitress, very pleasant. (paige) trying to accommodate us. We ordered off the $5.00 menus, which my husband gets every day. When we ordered we were told there were new cooks and staff there. So we had to explain what we wanted. It was the bacon, egg and cheese melt and a bowl of grits (including tablespoon size lumps), and a cup of coffee all included. My husband ordered his on wheat toast, and egg whites. The coffee was not decaf, so they finally brought him a cup of decaf. I ordered the same meal with white toast, and whole eggs. When the sandwich arrived it was thrown together, not cut in half, and the sandwich was falling apart, with raw bacon, my husband has the same breakfast every day. Since the staff was new he had to explain it again. This time the grits came with cheese. (no mention of an extra charge)! Upon receipt the check he noticed over $2, 00 plus tax added to the bill. The breakfast cost $5.45 with the tax normally. The bill came to $13, 00. Instead of $10.90. He was not finished with his lunch yet. The waitress called the"manager" over and then the "general manager" so they were all grouped around the booth. While his lunch was getting cold. By this time he was totally agitated and pushed his lunch aside. He explained he comes ever day, at 6:00 a, m, and the cooks and the waitresses that serve him know his routine. He is in the rewards program and knows how it works. To top it off when we finally paid the bill, no rewards point printed on the recipt, or the small receipt that goest with it. The "general manager" continued to explain and wanted to know who the waitresses were in the morning shift. She went on to say she would have to "talk" to them, as theh were "stealing" by having the cheese that was supposed to be on the sandwich. Put in the grits, to keep the sandwich from becoming soggy. That there is an extra charge of $.99 for cheese. Since these new people came in they were not aware of what the morning shift has been doing, an keeping customers for the huddle house. I these "managers" treat customers there will be no huddle house. Or at lease there will be a lot less customers and they wouldn't need 2"managers" and, 6 waitresses (+), and at least 3 cooks. With only 5 customers at 12:00 noon in huddle house. The current lunch staff needs to be more aware of the sign out front 'hiring"! You can. Be sure that we will think. Twice about going to huddle house for lunch again. After recommending huddlie house to many friends that go there, I will think twice before I do so. No only did these two"managers"and the extra staff the joined them create an embarrassing situation for my wife and the other customers in the huddle house many of whom we know. The staff that is in the mroning, are well prepared, and very polite. Even even the cook. It seems with all" with all the outstanding reviews in the 1 or 0 stars. You think your would want to keep customers and return customers. We have been attempting to call huddle house for several hours, no one answers the customer service line, the "corporate line tells you to call: [protected] and you get no answer and if you do they put you on hold with music. (surely they don't want to talk to the customer) music playing for over 15 minutes while I am typing this email to you.. Please contact us at [protected] for further details. — calvin f. Since the complaint board page indicated it will be handled today! We will be anxiously awaiting your call. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. By the way my husband has acullinary arts college degree.
The Huddle House on Jackson Ave in Oxford, Mississippi has excellent food, but someone needs to enforce the handicapped parking. My wife & I were there today, and a young boy and girl parked in the closest handicap slot, ant it was real apparent neither were disabled.
Checks
I worked at huddle House in white hall or over a year and went through 5 managers in that time. I been trying to pick up my last check for 3 months and they been playing games with my check saying I couldn't pick it up but now I got it I can't cash it because it voided after 30 days. I called corporate and they were out today but I will be calling tomorrow. If this don't get resolved I will sue because I have evidence that I have been trying to get it for months.
Desired outcome: I want my check redone
Service
We visited the restaurant on Stone Creek Blvd in Tupelo, Ms. We sat down and got our drink order right away. A few minutes later, we put in our order and I asked for straws. A small family came in at that time, got their drink and food order in. 15 minutes later, hubby asked again for straws. The waitress came immediately with them, but acted as though that...
Read full review of Huddle HouseJuly 2nd, 2021 we ate the HH# 0470 in Buckhannon, WV. !
The food was good, the servers (our personal server was Marsha which was great) were efficient but the environment is much to be desired. We were sitting in a corner booth and we had to fight the flies for our food. We enjoy stopping at this HH when in the area, but the flies are NOT acceptable. Why is there not an insect repellent appliance installed in the facility? It's a shame with this oversight to the business as they have much to offer this tiny, rural community. Please address this situation as I said, this is a small rural community business that needs some attention immediately!
Desired outcome: Bug
