On February the 5th at 12:08 a.m. I placed an order using the Krystal app. I received a confirmation email stating to pick my order up at 12:31 a.m. When we got to the restaurant a lady employee was walking out and said that they were closed. I proceeded to tell her that I placed an online order and paid with my card and that the website showed they closed at 2am. At that point she told me that there is nothing she could do at the store that I would need to go online. So I went online and filled out all of the forms and received one email stating that someone would be with me shortly and please allow 72 hours. It's been 7 days. Can you please help me with this or direct me in the right direction. I have called every phone number I could find for corporate office and all I get is recording. I just want my refund and I feel that 7 days is sufficient to sole this. Thank you.

I came through the drive thru and the general manager was running around the lobby and near the registers yelling at people using curse words towards other employees acting completely unprofessional.
