Logan's Roadhouse - Frontline workers/cashier

Logan's Steakhouse was once my favorite place to eat. But after Sunday, June 21, 2020, my food pallet has changed. I ordered two Logan Steak meals with a pie, on June 21, 2020, at Logan's Road 1511Skyland Blvd E., Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. It was a call in an order, I was told the wait time was about thirty mins. When I arrived, I asked for my order, paid for my order. When I arrived at home I began to unbag my food. I had only two steaks and two potatoes, I had to get back in my car and go back to Logans, which is about ten miles. I explained what had happened, my order was not complete. The food was taken to the back as I waited. The steaks were cold so I request another steak. While I sat and waited, the table where all call-in orders were in a call-in pool. As I waited for my food. I sat in front of the call in order pool which was beside the cash register or check out counter. The front end person opens up each carry-out or to-go bag and touched the people's food with her bare hands, no gloves on, and closed it back. I mention it to one of the front end managers, his words to me were, they have to check the orders but I didn't understand because I had just ordered and my order was not correct, I had to drive ten miles back to get my order corrected. I will be in touch with other food safety agencies a copy of this letter will be sent to them, because this critical in the midst of Covid-19, people are being careless at these restaurants to make a dollar. Things have changed in the midst of Covid-19 for the better. This kind of behavior was happening before Covid 19, but now we are more aware. The way business was conduct in the past should have been changed once restaurant establishments were back open. The mangers should have instructed their staff on corrective measures to be safe inLogan was once my favorite steakhouse handling other people's food. No more eating at #Logan's Steakhouse! I was very dissatisfied with their service.
