If anyone applies for a job here, please be careful because the manager his name is Dave here often bullies children and discriminates against Asians. They treat my child very badly. Again That manager's name is Dave.
For example, my child bought food before coming home from work because the work wasn't finished yet, so my child didn't have a chance to eat yet, but the manager said he had to put the food in the trash while my child spent money. bought it and they yelled at my child and kicked him out of work, leaving him standing outside in the cold weather. It was 10:30 pm. Then my child got sick with the flu and had to miss school for nearly a week. I made an application on Logan's road house, the restaurant's management page but no one responded. Such a big company without a strict handling system. It's a shame for the company. They treat their employees so poorly that they never have enough employees. There are many people who leave for the same reason. I think this manager (Dave) is really bad and has no humanity. I guess this person specializes in bullying other employees. With my experience in 22 years of working small business, I never treat my employees like that because if I treat them well, my employees will work for me.
Everything I said is true. I have documents from the doctor when my child was sick and there were witnesses when what happened that day in the restaurant.

Logan's Roadhouse - Rude employees, horrible customer service
We went to Logan's Roadhouse on Saturday, August 14th, 2021. We waited about an extra 30 minutes in the curbside parking area from the time we were told the order would be ready. We kept our parking lights on so they would know that a customer was there. No one even had the common courtesy or decency to at least come outside and say we apologize for your wait, it will be a little while longer... I finally walked inside to get the food order. No one bothered to greet me, smile, or even ask "how may I help you?" I just got looked at very rudely by 3 or 4 little girls. I asked a simple question: Are y'all still doing curbside?... They didn't even reply with words, they just looked at me very blankly and slowly nodded their heads up and down, looking like a bunch of brainless dead fish. One little girl claimed in a snarky tone.."The food is just now getting bagged, it wasn't ready yet.."... Yeah, ok. The order was called in at 9:25 pm.. Said give us 20 minutes and it's just now getting bagged at 10:15pm? (just a chicken tenders salad)... Then the little girl slams the receipt down on the counter to be signed.. REALLY?! Why was I treated like this?! No customer service skills whatsoever. Very pathetic little girls. We get home and the chicken tenders are small and skimpy, there's onions when we asked for NO onions.. And no bacon bits in the salad. So it took almost an hour to prepare one meal that was completely half assed. How hard is it to follow simple food order instructions? And why do y'all have such bad little attitudes? Don't be such miserable little [censored]s. Corporate should require all employees to take months of training in Customer Service. It's horrible and uncalled for! It's a damn shame that y'all are so desperate for so-called "help" that y'all actually hire people like this. You might want to reconsider the kind people you have representing your restaurant. Just have strong suggestion.
Desired outcome: These rude girls should be fired ASAP!!!!
