Justice was my husband & I’s server tonight at approximately 12:15 a.m. Both my husband & myself had just downloaded the “Whataburger” App and had our barcodes ready to be scanned upon arrival to Fort Smith, Arkansas’ less than 1 year location! We were told we had to pay.89 cents for 1 slice of cheese per burger, we also only received 1 free burger because Justice could not assist us in operating the Whataburger App which he is supposedly representing so I could not find my barcode. I am so disappointed in this location for false advertising.
