Terrible food at Tulsa
The location at 5726 E 41ST ST TULSA, Oklahoma 74135 has terrible management, staff walking around aimlessly, rarely anyone at the cash register, the biscuits are flat stale hockey pucks and the gravy has the consistancy of water. The last time I ordered a breakfast biscuit sandwich it was cold and obviously been sitting around a while (precooked hours earlier). If I wanted food like this I’d go to Mc Donalds and spend considerably less using their app. Management isn’t providing oversight and should their do your job!
Recommendation: Steer clear of this location. It totally sucks wind.

Whataburger is trying to compete with McDonalds@ their drive throughs. McDonalds has warming trays, Whataburger doesn't, so they precook meat & set it to the side of the grill. Meat is over cooked but cool (won't even melt your cheese) buns are not hot. They basically just assemble a precooked burger for you.

Went to store # 567 on yesterday 9/6/2023 and ordered 2 double meat whataburger meals with cheese, 2 medium fries and 2 poweraide drinks. In a rush to get to work, I didn't inspect my order prior to leaving the restaurant. Once I was ready to eat, I noticed that the sandwiches are single patty, no mayo or mustard, large slices of tomatoes and no onions. Very disappointed after spending $42.82. Order # 594285

Disappointing Whataburger Chicken Sandwich Experience: Tough Chicken, Soggy Bun, and High Price
I went to Whataburger and got myself a chicken sandwich. But let me tell you, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. The chicken was tough and stringy, and it was only half the size of the bun. Speaking of the bun, it was smashed and the lettuce and tomato were soggy and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. And to top it all off, the price was a whopping six something plus tax, which came out to seven dollars even. I could have bought two baked chicken breasts at the grocery store for that price! And to make matters worse, I had to wait in the drive-thru for 18 whole minutes just to get this disappointing meal.
Disappointing Experience at Whataburger Store #886: Poor Customer Service and Dry Burgers
Stopped by Whataburger at store #886 on 7755 Normandy Blvd Fl on 06/14/21 at 7 pm. Cashier Azeria B took our order after driving for 8 hours. We requested hot fries and burgers hot off the grill. However, Azeria's response was that all burgers were off the grill, which was not true. She didn't even bother to confirm if the burgers were made correctly. As a result, we received super dry burgers that were disgusting and gross. We paid $28 for this terrible experience, which was worse than McDonald's. Whataburger needs to hire positive people instead of the evil ones like Azeria. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service at a fast-food chain that prides itself on quality food. Hopefully, Whataburger will take action to ensure that customers receive the service they deserve.
Whataburger Disappoints: No More Chicken Fajitas and Overpriced Menu
I live in east Texas and I gotta say, Whataburger ain't what it used to be. I used to go there all the time for their chicken fajitas, but now they don't even serve them no more! What's up with that? I mean, yeah, I still like their Dr. Pepper shake and honey butter chicken biscuit, but those are more like snack foods and I'm trying to eat healthier these days. I could go somewhere else and get a chicken sandwich or salad that's better and cheaper. So, to be honest, I don't really have a reason to come to Whataburger anymore. Horrible Drive-Through Service at Whataburger: A Review
So, I went to Whataburger the other day, pretty early in the morning. I knew it was gonna take a while, but I was hungry and craving some good ol' fast food. When I got there, there were only two cars in front of me, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad. But boy, was I wrong.
The car in front of me didn't get to pay for their food because no one showed up to the window. They waited for a while, but eventually just drove off. When it was finally my turn, it took the person at the window a whole 10 minutes to take my order and let me pay. I mean, come on, it's not rocket science, right?
Anyway, I waited in that line for a good 30 minutes, and there were only two cars in front of me. Can you imagine how long it would take if there were more cars? The drive-through service was just plain horrible, and to make things worse, some things were missing from my order. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to get an order right?
When I finally got my food and left, there was a line around the building. I mean, I get it, Whataburger is pretty popular, but the service was just so bad that I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

So, I went to Whataburger and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my order. I asked for a plain burger with just meat and cheese, but what I got was a burger with a whole bunch of mustard on top and no cheese. And to make matters worse, there were onions on top that I had to dig out with my fingers. It was a real bummer because I was with my family and it kind of ruined our meal.
I also have to say that the service wasn't great. It seemed like all the employees were teenagers who didn't really care about their job and were just there to make some money. I mean, I get it, we all need to make a living, but it would be nice if they actually cared about the food they were serving.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Whataburger based on my experience. The food wasn't great and the service was pretty lackluster. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
Whataburger: Decent Burgers, No WiFi, No Stay for Long
Whataburger is a place that will make you leave after half an hour. The burgers are decent, but they are stuck in the past with their old style burgers. If you were expecting to leisurely enjoy them with contemporary technology, you're out of luck. There is no WiFi, and there is no place to connect your devices. If you have their app and try to order in the restaurant with a weak cell connection, you're out of luck. Their burgers remind me of 60's food, and I realize some may enjoy having well-lubricated meals.
While I was writing this review, the general manager came out and told me I was loitering and had to leave. This was quite frustrating, as I was just trying to enjoy my meal and write a review. I submitted complaints to BBB and to the corporate office, but I have not received any response yet.
Overall, Whataburger is a decent place to grab a burger, but don't expect to stay for too long. The lack of WiFi and device connectivity can be quite frustrating, especially if you're trying to use their app to order. The burgers are good, but they do have an old-fashioned taste to them. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, Whataburger is a good option, but if you're looking for a place to hang out and work, you might want to look elsewhere.
Whataburger Review: Delicious Burgers, Poor Service
I recently visited Whataburger and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. I have been a fan of Whataburger since I was a child, but lately, they have been making mistakes with my orders. During my most recent visit, I ordered a large meal with a diet Dr. Pepper, but the employees asked me three times if I wanted a Coke instead. Despite repeating my order three times, they still gave me a medium Coke instead of my desired drink. Additionally, they forgot to include the ranch that I paid for and the large onion rings that I ordered.
This is not the first time that Whataburger has made mistakes with my order. During a previous visit, they forgot a drink and two orders of fries, and they mixed up all of the orders, leaving my group confused about which order belonged to whom.
Despite these mistakes, I still believe that Whataburger's burgers are worth the price. However, the poor service is becoming a major issue. It is frustrating to pay for items that are not included in my order, and it seems like Whataburger needs to improve their organization and attention to detail.
Overall, I hope that Whataburger can get their act together and provide better service to their customers. As a loyal fan, I want to continue enjoying their delicious burgers without the hassle of incorrect orders.
Mixed-up Order and Poor Service at Whataburger: A Disappointing Experience for a Disabled Customer
I recently went back to Whataburger for a re-order, but unfortunately they had mixed up my order with someone else's. I spoke to a female manager about the mistake, but it seemed like she wasn't really listening to me. I decided to go inside the restaurant this time so I could make sure they got my order right. I made sure to tell them that I'm allergic to mustard, since that was the reason for the mix-up last time.
After waiting for a while, I finally got my order. But when I looked inside the bag, I realized that they had forgotten to include my drink. I offered to pay for it separately, but all they gave me was an empty cup. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the same treatment as other paying customers, who were given a small tray with ketchup, salt, and napkins.
To make matters worse, I'm a disabled man who uses arm crutches, so I really needed help carrying my drink to my table. But no one offered to assist me, so I had to struggle with it on my own. It made me feel like I wasn't being treated like a paying customer, and that my needs were being neglected.
Despite all of this, I have to say that the food was really good. I didn't get a receipt for my meal, unfortunately, but I hope that my fellow disabled friends don't have to go through the same experience that I did.
Terrible Customer Service at Whataburger Drive-Thru in Houston, TX
This place is seriously lacking in the customer service department. I went through the drive-thru to order two sets of three chicken strips with fries. The lady taking my order only took half of it and then disappeared. I kept calling out "hello" but no one answered. I didn't want to hold up the line, so I drove up to the window. As expected, they didn't have my order. I gave it to the lady again, but she had a terrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce, but when she charged my card, there was an additional charge for BBQ sauce that I never ordered. All I wanted was two orders of chicken strips and fries, and the BBQ sauce and ketchup are supposed to be free. The lady argued with me that the sauce wasn't free and refused to listen when I told her I didn't want the extra sauce. It was only 35 cents, but it still made me angry because of their poor customer service and attitude. I even filed a complaint with the Whataburger head office to make sure they address the staff at this location on 3797 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX ***. There's no excuse for rudeness and poor customer service. If the employee is upset with their employer, they shouldn't take it out on the customer. I give them zero stars for their unprofessional behavior and bad attitude, and for charging my credit card for something I never ordered.
Disappointing Experience at Whataburger on Broad Street: Cold Food, Long Wait, and Stale Bread
I recently visited the Whataburger on Broad Street at 11:26 pm on a Thursday night. I was in the drive-thru line for almost an hour and finally left at 12:14 am. When I asked the cashier when the unsweetened tea was made last, they told me it was at 6:30 am that morning. I was shocked and decided not to order it. I repeated my order several times, asking for a #1 with cheese and added mayo, as well as a plain burger. After the long wait, I finally made it to the window and asked for ranch, but was told they were out. I was disappointed, but understood. However, I didn't like that the employee handed me my bag open wide, as bugs could have gotten in.
As I drove home, I noticed my receipts were hanging out of my drive-thru window, so I stopped to retrieve them. When I got home, I found that the bread on my plain burger was hard as a rock and my fries were also hard enough to break a tooth. My Whataburger was cold, but still had a slightly decent taste. I spent almost $10 on this meal, and as a diabetic, I had asked for unsweetened tea, but the fact that it was made 2 shifts ago was unacceptable. It's supposed to be made every 8 hours, and someone should have been keeping track of that.
I was very displeased with the food I received that day. Whataburger used to be my favorite fast food restaurant, but not anymore. This was my second time visiting this location, and both times were just horrible. I will go out of my way to find better quality food in the future. It's frustrating to work an 8-hour shift and then receive a meal like this. I used to work for Whataburger for 7 years, but left in 2011. I know they used to pride themselves on quality, but this experience did not live up to that standard.

Terrible Customer Service
Good customer service is what this place lacks. I used the drive through to place two orders of 3 chicken strips with fries. The lady took half of my order and then disappeared. I kept saying hello, hello, hello but no one answered. So as a courtesy to the long line of cars behind me, I drove through to the window. As expected they didn't have my order. My online app was locked on 2/5/24 due to "a chargeback we received for an unauthorized payment." I contacted Whataburger by phone 6 TIMES and email 1 time. I am always told I will be contacted within 3-5 days. WRONG! Seven weeks later, my account is still locked! And worst of all, my $31.42 in my app is being held hostage. Today at 9:27 I ordered a medium coke. That was all. Two cars were ahead of me. The first car at the window went on, then the second car got to the window and remained there for approx. 9 minutes. Then they received their order and it was my turn. I got to the window, three to four female employees are in plain site laughing and talking and not noticing I am there and no coke is at the window. I go to Whataburger often and I pretty much know the procedure to just getting a drink and how they usually have people pull up to keep the line going.

My french-fries were cold dried up like they were made earlier, my three sodas were flat, the fact that I to wait 5-10 minutes for my order behind two other customers in the drive thru who also waiting for their orders, you would expect to get warm fresh food. I called the location to advised of the issue, I was told their CO2 soda machine was not working so they were using soda out of 2 liter plastic bottles which were visible from the drive thru window I think I should have been made aware of this issue while I was ordering to opt out of purchasing three sodas.

Restaurant 1207, 1460 NE Douglas St., Lee Summit, Mo. 64086. I have been in this store many times, but on 11-01-2023 at 4:06pm I was shocked to see piles of trash around on the floor, no napkins, and food particles and French fries all around and on the trash receptacle. On the bench where we sat, I had to clean off the seat before I sat down, and the table was dirty, other tables were dirty also. There were only 2 other persons in the restaurant, a police officer eating and a young man waiting for an interview. This was literally the nastiest I have seen in any food establishment.
