I am emailing you because me and my Fiancé Cedel Thomassin recently experienced rood customer service on two different occasions by an employee who fits the description orange hair age 19, height 5, 1, weight, 160 pounds who works the night shift Thursday's and may be in the process of changing her hours to avoid termination. The first occasion occurred January, 1, 2022 around 7:30pm. Generally, the thick red head called the Sheriff's because my fiancé Cedel Thomassin forgot to check in. Initially, this was the first time when my fiancé forgot to check in and never gets Sherrif'scalled on him by the other employees. Next, me and my fiancé don't appreciate her abusing 911, and feel like there is some discrimination towards us because we are African American because on a second visit to the gym we recently experienced another issue on January, 20, 22, 2022 around 8:30pm and noticed how she greeted other customers who were the opposite race and looked at me strangely and got an attitude when I asked her the price of the EOS backpack. Moreover, her an my fiancé had another argument after he asked her for her name she refused and walked off when he tried to take a photo showing signs of guilt.
Me and my fiancé do not feel like there is a need for 911 for us demanding our respect. On the other hand, I also feel like the manager is not In enough to monitor theses issues. EOS Fitness - Customer service and discrimination
never signed anything until I signed up to get towels, I signed up online, I feel I was rushed to sign something that was never discussed.
Now to my REAL concern!
So Cameron (claiming to be asst operations mgr) tonight upon entry, yelled out "how old is your son?"
My son is 9 almost 10 accompanied by his biological father and mom have memberships to use facilities for ONLY purposes of a hot shower (including towel service) because we live in an RV motorhome due to Covid. Cameron said who never got up from his chair and seemed preoccupied with his phone, again yelled, "I will NOT allow you in (just to shower)"...Mind you we were in Wednesday night and took a shower then, with my son. What the hell?
He seemed to be upset and showed a distain towards us and looked down upon us, because we live in an RV? Or because we are Caucasian? He couldn't EVEN show us any policy stating the assumed facts of what he was talking about. He yelled in front of other customers and told us to leave. I'm NEVER going to tell anyone to join let alone step foot in an EOS! Thanks for making us feel unwelcome uncomfortable and embarrassed! 🥵
I want an apology to my family and full refund
Before this becomes a legal issue for your company in regards to discrimination for age, economic status and race.

I also tried the customer service number, it is Friday night so they are closed
I'm very upset
Desired outcome: Apology full refund, and better training/ firing for embarrassment & discrimination against my family
