I go there everyday as soon as I get a break so between 7am and 10 am well on Friday 9/9/2022 I went there about 5am and 530 am the lady took my order through drive thru I pulled up to the first window the young woman was nice to me I gave her cash when the draw open she realized she didn't have enough change she immediately apologized and said am sorry it will be a just a moment we are short staffed the manager is doing both up front and drive thru please give her a minute the young lady also could see the manager was frustrated and apologized to her manager said I know you're busy but I don't have change the manager rolled her eyes told the young lady I don't have time for this why are you here when you don't know what you doing I can't be doing this by myself and the young lady her employee kept saying I understand am sorry I know you busy with that the manger didn't even acknowledge me the customer and said whatever and walked off the young lady took a deep breath I said wow are you ok she looked like she wanted to quit but pulled a smile out and said this to shall pass have a great day I go back for my boss at about 830 9 am and now the young woman is at the second window where I pick up my food the manger said to her you have to repeat the order back to her the same lady who helped me that morning remember me acknowledge that I was back smiled and before she could speak the manger said can you read in the most belittling voice it was so disgusting the young lady once again apologize to me for the manger rude behavior but this time she spoke up for herself I believe the employee name is celene and she said her manager was Daniella I wanted so bad to tell that employee to come with me I'll take you to my job that manager needs to be managed she was on a power trip and she talks to her employees like they are nothing more then uneducated human being next time I will record her and embarrass her and that McDonald's for even allowing their employees to be treated as though they are less then management truly disgusting
Desired outcome: Manager (Daniella) should be removed and trained and the employee (celene) who took the time to act more like a supervisor and handle the problem she get a raise just for showing up everyday
