My young daughter was driving her Honda and called me with a complaint that the car is running very rough. I told her to take the car to Napa Auto Care (875 N McQueen Dr., Gilbert, Arizona), a place where I took my cars previously for other repairs. After testing and identifying the problem, Jack Griffith the owner, told me that the car has overheated and repairs will be in the range of $1200-$1600. I wanted to get a second opinion and took the car to other mechanic to verify the diagnostics. As it turned out, the car needed new spark plugs and wires since they were cracked and causing to car to run rough. Total cost for repairs $150 and the car runs like new. I lost trust in the Napa Auto Care and cannot help wondering how much money did I paid them for previous repairs that might not been required. I do not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone and will never visit it again, the owner is not trustworthy and technicians aren’t knowledgeable.

This owner is the most rude, unethical and unbusiness like. I sent my car to this shop and told them not to do any repairs without authorization. They didnt listen, did it anyways and wanted me to pay. My warranty company refused to have this shop repair my car because the owner refused to do the services the right way. When I took my car to another shop he stole parts off of my car and damaged them.
