Time on pool rules says it closes at 9:30pm my daughter went down at 9pm pool was open she came back to the room to retrieve her ball threw the ball in the pool because it was open and tried to get in the gate and it was locked by this time it was 9:05 pm so I had to go to the front desk I explained to the lady working that the pool doesn't close until 9:30 she responded well it closes in 5 mins I told her well we were down there 25 mins ago and she said well she locked it I said well my daughter's ball is in the pool and without apologizing for closing the pool early she just said I know I know
