Motel 6 review: Urgent health and safety complaint – Motel 6 Salem, VA

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a formal and urgent complaint regarding the extremely unsanitary and unacceptable conditions at the Motel 6 location in Salem, Virginia.
I have stayed at this property multiple times and have personally witnessed severe cleanliness and sanitation issues throughout the rooms. The conditions I experienced were disturbing and unhealthy. There was visible animal feces and urine under beds and throughout parts of the rooms that appeared to have been left there for extended periods of time. Some of the waste had hardened and discolored, making it clear that proper cleaning and sanitation procedures were not being followed.
The odor inside several rooms was overwhelming and consistent with long-term exposure to pet waste and unclean conditions. This is not only unacceptable customer service, but also a serious health and safety concern for guests staying at the property.
I have photographs and video evidence documenting these conditions and I am prepared to provide them to corporate management, health inspectors, consumer protection agencies, and any other appropriate authorities if necessary.
I am requesting:
- An immediate investigation into this property
- A response from corporate management
- Corrective action regarding the sanitation and cleanliness of the hotel
- Accountability for the unsafe conditions guests are being exposed to
No guest should have to pay money to stay in conditions like these. I believe this issue requires urgent attention before more customers are affected.
Please contact me regarding this complaint as soon as possible. I put the photos down below and this is not just one time this is in every room I have been in I pulls the beds back and see this every time I notify them about it last week because every room I have been in since January up until now it's been just like what you see in the pictures I will send all of my receipts because I would like and refund and my money back from the very first time which was in January up until now thank you I hope you have a blessed wonderful day
