Beginning in March, My roof leaked during a storm. I followed the correct channels. Submitted emergency repair request, no one called or responded. I called a roofing company myself to stop the leak. I then tried again to contact AAM property manager, April Nemeth, for repayment of the exterior repair. For months I continued to send emails and left several voicemails, never receiving a response. Feeling frustrated, I called AAM and asked for the contact information of the supervisor. On May 4, I sent an email to Mellisa Brassow explaining my situation. On May 12, I posted a complain on the AAM Facebook page. That day, Ms. Brassow responded to my email. She said she would submit to the board for approval. I have requested updates on the situation to no avail. on June 11, Mellisa instructed April to investigate and respond, she has not at this time.
I submitted a repair request for a short in an external GFCI 6/11 and again have not been contacted. I even visited the office in hopes of speaking directly with the Ms. Nemeth but was told she was not in the office. I would like to settle the matter as soon as possible. I am hoping this will help me to do so.
Desired outcome: Refund for repairs paid. GFCI repaired
