i was a guest at this motel on friday the 15th of Feb. and we stayed in room 443, as we entered the room there was not only a foul smell of stale cigerettes but also a pungent odor and to my suprise there was a toliet backed up with feces and toliet paper just sitting there...i proceeded to call front desk to make them aware of the situation and was absolutly floored to hear the person at the front desk tell me to come get a plunger and do it my self...I have never been so appalled in my life and then i asked for some cleaning spray and air freshner to clean it because you know they were not at all willing to switch me rooms...but no cleaning product available and no air freshner . I feel that my needs and basic wants as a paying guest were not only overlooked but somewhat ignored completely...I want to talk to someone about the conduct of customer service and also the level of disgust i have when assuring the cleaniness of the rooms. this was by far not sanitary or acceptable in any way!
