I can't describe how disappointed I am after forking out $80 every 3-4 weeks for my husky to get groomed and after today's experience I am just about done and contemplating on blasting a viral message with images of what we are going through, but I decided to write in on this form to release tension before going to the next step of figuring out this issue. It is 106 degrees in Phoenix, AZ. My dog has thick fur for being a husky hence why this location recommended me to come every 3-4 weeks to keep his coat down from overheating and the shedding. After being talked into getting the extra vital care service and adding my other dog I thought it was going to help, but just makes me more frustrated how much I am tied up in this company now. My dog was in the groomers sense 1:30 pm and I was able to pick him up around 6:30 pm although they gave him a bath to make him cleaned up pretty good looking they didn't brush him as I paid for the extra incentive to do so and this isn't the first time as I let first few times sly pass me, but after spending additional hr. on one of his sides brushing out his undercoat is making me livid that I wasted money, my time and my assistants time to bring him in knowing there wasn't any other times available so it had to be done which I thought it would be different as I see the groomer often from being advised. I have documented photos of how much fur was being released from his body afterwards his appointment which I can't describe what this means to me as it is blazing hot and he gets over heated easily and knowing my groomer said she vacuumed him to get the fur out, but obviously this isn't the case. I do not want to go back as it is embarrassing to show how unpleased I am with the services and how that Petco is being runed. I will reach out further and if I don't have a solution, I will take it upon myself to start sharing what we went through at one of your locations in Phoenix, AZ. I would like a total refund of the last few grooming appointments and a guarantee he will be brushed out at a different location otherwise I'll have to find other means to provide grooming services for my two dogs. I wasn't even told or explained to neither as they seem to not care about my dog's wellbeing just to say if he looked okay... I mean yeah, he does but I couldn't tell until I examined him. They're very nice group though, but he is my emotional support animal he has been overheated all day.
Desired outcome: Full refunds with guaranteed of actually grooming appointments set up for brushing out his coat for 3 visits at a different location
