National Laser Institute - false advertising, bait and switch, and not assuming responsibility

I had received a filler treatment for my lips back in June, and although it wasn't highly significant, I definitely seen some improvement. I was very hesitant about giving them a second chance until I received an text that stated July 21, only 249 per syringe. So I called and spoke with Jamie and she said the last single syringe appointment was booked so she would have to book me for the double syringe at 249 per syringe, which was for the following day. I waited about 20 minutes and the dermatologists herself came out to numb me in the waiting room. She asked me what areas that I wanted treated, I said my laugh lines, and if there is product left my upper lip. She numbed my entire laugh lines, and my entire lips. Now the bait and switch, once in her chair, she said she couldn't treat my upper laugh lines, only my lower laugh lines, and she could still treat my upper and lower lips if she used one syringe called Restylane. I asked how much it was and she said 499.00. She told her students half way through, I'm going to give her a mirror and see if she is happy, but she never did until the end. She made several comments to me during the treatment that I needed to come back during the week if I still want to treat my upper laugh lines. So, I focused on my lower laugh lines, and I didn't see ANY results on them at all. She asked if I was happy and I said no, to which she replied to her students that this never happens. I complained at the front desk to two, or three alleged managers who kept saying just sign the receipt, you received the product. I asked for a half off discount, to which they replied I already received a discount, which was another lie, because they billed me 499.00 for one syringe. Then, they tried to bill me another 50 for what they said was a demo fee, to which I was really irate. A lady in the lobby asked me what happened and I told her, then she said oh, my daughter attends school here. They finally ended up crediting me for the demo fee of 50. The next day was Monday, so I called the office and asked to speak with the manager, Tracy Stockwell, they transferred me to her voice mail. I called three days in a row until they told me she was in Texas. She finally called me back a week later, and left a voice message for me. I called her and reached her voice mail and gave her my email address, so she ended up emailing me. By this time, I found an email ad from National Laser stating that both Restylane and Juvaderm were 249 per syringe, so I sent her the email along with my complaint and asked her to call me once she reviews it. She never called back, but sent me a very nasty email stating that; there are two types of Restylane and I got the more expensive one, and that since I created a scene in their office and tried to deter their customers, they were not going to provide me with any discounts. I immediately called the office, and after a long hold, the receptionist stated that Tracy Stockwell will no longer speak with me, and she will only communicate with me via email. I then asked to speak with the owner, and she said, "really you can't get a hold of Tracy what makes you think you can get a hold of him, he's harder to reach than her and we only have his email." This is a very unethical company that assumes no responsibility for their actions and obviously is teaching their students the same unethical tactics, which is really sad.
As a college professor, and former high school teacher, I am beyond upset at this highly unethical behavior. One, either their product doesn't work, or the dermatologists doesn't apply the product correctly because I literally saw no results. Two, they use bait and switch tactics, which may work for a used car salesman, but should not be implemented by any medical professional. Three, why are they teaching students to be unethical and assume no responsibility. Four, no matter how many times you call, they will never have a manager call back. Finally, no owner of any company should EVER avoid calls, and advise his office staff he can only be reached by email only.
