I have had nothing but harassment from Stormwind. They fail to get the hint and have effectively called my IT staff incessantly trying to get someone to bite. And when I'm told "We'll put you on a Do-Not-Call", they continue to call again the next day. Because apparently "No" means "Yes" in their eyes. I'm done with them. They will not be seeing any money from my company as long as I work here. I can't say much about their products, although what I've seen is mediocre and the pricing point is high for what you get. (For at least the courses I'd even be interested in), but if they're cribbing tactics from Used Car Salesmen to pressure people into a sale, then that doesn't bode well for any services they might provide.

Figured I'd add my own experience to this. It's several years late, but it came to my mind because I just received my first call from them since the following incident.
I had told Stormwind Studios a number of years ago that I was not interested, yet they kept calling. Unbeknownst to me they were also contacting one of my other technicians. In his case the salesperson had sent a meeting request via email, which my technician declined, and responded saying he wasn't interested. The salesperson (or someone on his behalf) still called back when the "meeting" had started reminding my tech of the start time, at which time my tech again stated he'd declined the meeting, and wasn't interested in any Stormwind Studios products or services.
Finally I'd gotten fed up with getting calls myself and sternly--and in all likelihood very impolitely--reiterated that we were not interested, and were not to be contacted again.
Within 10-15 seconds of hanging up my phone, my tech (whose desk is across the hall from mine) reported that he had an incoming call from Stormwind Studios. I came across, answered the phone on speaker and heard the *same person I'd just talked to* cheerfully greet my tech and ask if he had time to chat. I about went through the roof.
They called back again several weeks later, but it was a different salesperson. I again firmly informed them that:
- I've requested multiple times that no further attempts be made to communicate with any of my staff.
- I have a general policy not to do business with companies that cold-call me--if I have need of a product or service you provide then I'll be in contact with you.
- Even if I did wish to do business with them, I'm completely turned off by both the aggressiveness of their sales force and their obvious lack of communication within that force (given that I'd requested multiple times to not be contacted and continued to get calls from various sales reps at the company). If they're that disorganized trying to get my business I have little faith in their ability to operate at a high enough level to retain it.
