Pharmacy NEVER filled my prescription or communicated with minute clinic doctor. Every refill was an issue. The manager was rude, impolite, and unprofessional. She refused to let me finish speaking and did not talk with the doctor on-site to confirm information. Today, I was refused to be helped after the doctor requested prescriptions for me. The pharmacy manager claimed I was "asked" to no longer use this location, however NOTHING was relayed to me. No email, no letter, no voicemail. The pharmacy manager refused to provide her manager information for me. This is a complete outrage and inconvenience for myself. The way I was treated and now banned (?) is unprofessional and concerning. As a student of ASU this is the location I need. I expect this to be looked into. The refusal of communication between the pharmacy, myself, and the doctor is unacceptable and appalling.
