[An earlier order at the start of April c/o UPS Global for 2 packages, was picked up and delivered to San Diego & Parker, CO in 9 days.]
This 3rd order was picked up by DHL on 25 April, arrived at the DHL- Cinncinati hub, on 29 April; to be delivered 5 May. I contacted DHL on 5 May when a last 2nd email informed me that the package was being held as an "exception, " at the hub.
My canvas print remains in Cincinnati, OH to this day (6 June 2021.) Contacted DHL on 4 may by chat, had limited support fr rep. On 5 May, a helpful Colombian lady rescheduled delivery for 6 May; submitted a request for a phone contact fr DHL. The email response was peppered with excuses: a backlog due to international excess, especially fr Asia and Latin America-- finally to watch the DHL tracker.
Further the email shared no solutions nor expectations for a resolution date; was peppered with excuses and very unsupportive. Additionally my case was closed with this unsatisfactory, non-service or solutions contact. Contactsed DHL again on May 20 & May 24th.
Approx at that time I've been tweeting about the situation with on the DHLExpress', listing the number of days my package has been stalled, OH.
As of Sun, 6 May my package has been held hostage, 37+ days!
Have multiple emails, a screen shot of their first response on 5 May, and have used Chat & Twitter DHLHelp to solicit non-forthcoming support.
Desired outcome: I want my package delivered. [I'd love to see recompense w/ graduated scheduled for no. of days in excess of promised date BUT KNOW THIS WILL NOT BE FORTHCOMING]
Delivery finally 10 June 2021, all of 39 DAYS AFTER DHL EXPRESS picks up the package. Ridiculous & inexcusible, DHL!
