I purchased a laptop at Best Buy as a Christmas present. We were out of town when the gift was opened, it does not work. I went to the store and asked for a refund or exchange. I was told that I kissed the refund date by 2 days and that I had to deal with Dell about any problems I've had.
No one looked at the product, tried to correct an issue or even ask if they could do anything else to help.
The manager came over and was just as rude, insolent, and offensive. I told the computer never worked and we were out of town, I was told too bad, it was my problem.
I believe Best Buy Oro Valley should be ousted from our list of reputable businesses. They do not stand behind the products they sell and do not offer any assistance for customers when issues can be resolved.
Terrible CS and terrible management!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY. This company does not stand behind anything they sell. I bought a printer that lasted less than a month before it stopped printing. I took it back to Bad Buy and they said "to bad you should have bought the warranty". Really? The counter person was extremely rude and there was hardly anybody in the store (hmm I wonder why). They then said I have to get a hold of the factory and try to get it taken care of. Rip off company I am surprised they are still in business.
