had a lc2ipro installed in santa rosa best buy 1950 santa rosa ave it shorted out blew my bose audio system desmond the man in charge is deniing my lose due to best buy product failure I have a 781.19 repair bill from competitor have in writing what best buy did wrong with my install and due to that I have damage to my new 2022 silverado which is now at a repair shop to be corrected reached out to corporate was giving a transfer to multiple phone lines best buy in santa rosa refunded me 300 there is still a balance of 471.18 to fix the damage caused by the audio dept this letter or complaint is to inform a pending law suite to both best buy santa rosa specifically desmond the one in charge for san rafeal and santa rosa stores so this 471 I have to pay out of pocket to correct my issue will be turned into lost wages and time off work plus the original 471.19 will have my truck back by saturday nov 2 with detailed notes how bad my install was done by best buy there is no number or complaint dept to go threw so next step is santa rosa courthouse and file a small claims if I would of not had to go back 4 times and deal with this issue and was compensated for my loss id would not have to put a bad review on google yelp and facebook so in short would of been 471 dollars to finalize this I believe with time off out of pocket expenses I will be going for 5000 in small claims court desmond is a terrible manager and ill have my day in court with him... sincerley hans rasmussen
