3- Years of continued on and off no phone service and no internet service. Waiting times for reporting a repair 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Scheduling a time for repair results in waits of 2 weeks. No show for repairs on multiple occasion, yet text messages note repairs are complete. When asking the billing department to credit charges for weeks of no service are told charges are taken off however statements never less. Now after 1 1/2 hour wait for reporting yet another no phone or internet service its 2-weeks. At the charges for phone and internet services this is horrible.
Desired outcome: Make this right fix the problem once and for all and credit the account days without service
