Good morning,
I need to make a complaint against Gentle Dental and Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Poidmore. On January 13, 2021 and had my teeth extractions and dentures put on. I have gone several times to Dr. Rodriguez to get adjustments and I am still not able to eat or chew any food. I am losing a lot weight and I have not felt that they have cared about me or how I am feeling. I have complained several times that the denatures are not fitting correct. All I was told was to be patient and that it takes time. I have now gone to get a second opinion with Aspen Dental and they have told me that the denatures I have now are too big for my month and they are now making me new ones. They have also told me that Gentle Dental did not put fillings in when they removed my teeth which would help my bones. I have now paid out more money then what I was expecting too. Aspen Dental is now working with me and they will also going to put in the fillings for my bone to get them ready for implants, which is something I mentioned to Dr. Poidmore that I was interested in getting implants and all she told me is that I don't have enough bone to do implants and that I have to be patient and that it will get better. Dr. Poidmore referred to other office and that is when I made the decision to go to Aspen Dental. I am not sure what you can do for me but I felt I needed you to know what experience I have been having.
