I was told a credit was on my account and requested a refund over the phone the person said they put in a request for it. Its been over 5 weeks and 3 Phone calls and still no reply from anyone as to when I will receive a check
First time request refund 2nd week in July 2023 Second call was 2 weeks later and last request was August 10th at 9am talked to Aaron and was told they have no corporate office or number I can call but she talked to her manager and she was to call me but never did They take cash each visit but cant even send you a bill showing you have a credit you have to call and find out then still can't get any results Very Upset Jeanette Coyne [protected]

I have had this experience as well. Was it at the Vancouver Mall location? I just filed another complaint through their website, but if they don't give me a full refund for our out of pocket, I'm suing them.
