I took my car to Maaco in Tucson to get a paint job to take care of peeling paint and swirl marks. One small dent. I went back 2 weeks later and the dent hadn’t been removed and there was overspray inside the door jambs of the car. All 4 doors needed removing of overspray inside. Go back 2 weeks later and the car is covered in swirl marks and scratches. I went back to show manager Dan and he was overwhelmed and told me to speak to other manager Brian. I called Brain and we agreed to meet up after holiday Monday. Went back and immediately accused me of creating the scratches all over my car and that he said his detailer saw me scratching my brand new paint. Brian wouldn’t listen to reason so I left. Called corporate and they told me they spoke with Brian and he would buff the car. At this point it has 4 times talking to them to get yelled at. I don’t want them touching my car but I would like a refund of $1000 to get a paint correction from a detail company that told me it would be needed to correct what Maaco did to my car. I wouldn’t want the same detailer touching the car after they said they saw me scratching my car. Absolutely ridiculous.
Desired outcome: Please refund me so I can get a proper paint correction
