Yesenia retaliates against employees if they request time off for vacations with parents then she doesn’t schedule them for a couple weeks after they come back, she forgets to put PTO and peoples bills can’t get paid. She is not good at scheduling when someone request off for prom she still schedules them and then tells the employee they need to find a replacement when it was her mistake. I would understand once in a while but ever schedule it’s like that. She’s unprofessional for her job title. She was arguing with teenagers about her not doing clean up form the morning shift leaving it for the night shift saying it only takes 5 minutes to do when if that’s all it takes she should be doing it. When employees have complained to the GM he just takes her side no matter what.
Desired outcome: She needs to not retaliate against employees and schedule them fairly. She needs to hold herself accountable for her actions as well as the employees. Have someone responsible schedule .
