I placed an order on October 21, 2021 and received no confirmation, tracking info, or anything else although I was charged the full amount immediately.
I have called customer support four different times (including one at 4 AM), but each time a recording told me that they were helping other customers and to leave my contact info and they would call back. No call backs. Tried customer support chat — same thing. It timed out and then they requested my e-mail. No response.
Desired outcome: (1) know if this company still in business? (2) receive acknowledgement of my order, and (3) receive tracking information.

I bought furniture and some accessories from the company www.patiosunumbrellas.com. I waited too long for the delivery and didn’t get the whole order in result. The seller provided fake promises and some excuses, but I was sick of his speeches. I wanted to return the whole order back, but the seller suddenly vanished and it was impossible to contact him. I want to get rid of this furniture and get only my money.

We ordered patio umbrellas and chairs from the company www.patiosunumbrellas.com. It was nightmare, because they haven’t delivered order on time. The umbrellas were sold out. As well as they delivered broken chairs. It was terrible deal and the seller refused to take these chairs back. He told me “no” and after that all our communication stopped. The company is terrible and their items were bad-quality and not durable at all.

The customer services on the website www.patiosunumbrellas.com are the worst. I placed the order and money was taken within couple of hours from me. After that I simply didn’t get any info that my order was shipped. When I called them, the rep yelled at me and refused to tell where the order was. He used a lot of impolite and swear words. Inappropriate services towards customers.
PatioSunUmbrellas.com - They twice lied to me about my order
I purchased some items for my patio from the company www.patiosunumbrellas.com. I got some confirmation info, but it didn’t provide info that the order was sent. I called to the customer services and the rep told me that it would be send today. Ok, after 5 days I haven’t received the order or even any email. I called them again, and the rep told me that they would send it again. How is it possible? They are liars, so be careful with me. And better don’t buy from them at all.

I bought 5 umbrellas from www.patiosunumbrellas.com, but I wanted to warn that all their offers and ads on the website were fakes. As well as the seller posted wrong prices and told us the correct ones, when we already proceeded to pay. It was awful and inappropriate to provide such services and behaved like a blighter. I will never again use this website and advise you to stay away from them.

We bought patio umbrellas from the company www.patiosunumbrellas.com. These jerks provided the confirmation info and told me the day of the delivery, but no one of course provided the order. I wasted my time and tried to contact these jerks. But of course they ignored me. Awful services. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
