I called to check the status of my account.The girl who answered told her long sales pitch diatribe they have to say. When I said I needed to check the status of my pre-orders for two games to be sure I would get the extras only available with pre-orders, she said she was too busy and had a customer to help. I reminded her that I too was a customer and have spent over a thousand dollars at Game Stop. She said well I have to help this person in the store and I'll get back to you. I was placed on hold and forgotten. I was amazed. This is the first bad service I have had at GS and it was the worst! I only wish I had her name to file a report with corporate. I buy games for our entire family. In the future we will be going next door to Walmart and spending our monies.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
