Hi there! I've spent the last 15 year of my life being a vendor. In sales and marketing. I have lived and worked in both OC and the IE for two different companies. I have been present for my deliveries getting in at this store among witnessing others as well. You seem to have a conflict of interest in your back room directly involved with your receiver. Her name is "Tony" and she has not a kind word for anyone. Apparently her husband is the coke driver that comes there twice a week to deliver coke. I do believe this constitutes her having said conflict and should be removed from that position or transferred. It really doesn't help an already difficult job to have someone that treats all her vendors extremely poorly and on top of that shows favoritism to her husband that gets priority over everyone else. Who knows what story the invoicing would hold. I won't get into how poor her attitude is or the things she says to people she should be acting professionally with. Nor will I go into the countless companies in which drivers will go as far as to call out to avoid her. I will just leave it at: someone needs to do something about it since it is a clear violation of ANY company policy! If you have any doubt or question, go ahead and ask her who her husband works for and what he does. The rest will be history. And if the company does know about this... shame on you.
