I attempted to join the fitness 19 gym in Campbell for a promotional deal in person. I was told that I had to call back with my bank account information since I did not have it on hand. I called and left this info with an employee. The next day I received a call telling me that my account information provided was incorrect and could not be processed. By then, the promotional deal was over. I decided not to pursue a membership since I could not get the original price. I never received any follow up. Come to find out I have been charged every month. I called the manager to ask how this happened and for a refund as I was not aware I had access to the gym since my account info was refused. He just said he didn't know anything about it and refused to take any responsibility for lack of communication on the part of his employees.I asked to speak to his manager, Anna. He was incredibly rude, took no responsibility for anything that has happened. He hung up on me and would not give me any further contact info.
