I am the mother Mardirosian Shoushik 8184411343cell and [protected]@yahoo.com picked up all his medications since 01/20/23 which is in the system talked to the manager at Soledad Canyon Pharmacy Manager Eddie and was told will be refunded at night time on 04/28/2023, and today when I checked no refund credit was posted at my Chase bank where I paid on Visa debit card

please call me and let me know when will my credit be posted in my account due to rebilling and there is a way to bill retro to Medi-Cal and you can get the money not fair in this time of expensive life keeping my money I need to have this processed and I have visited the pharmacy in person twice and staff do not know what I am talking about, no refund no no all they say had no choice to write to you cause no one knows understand how billing goes when patient has Medi-Cal you bill medi-cal and refund can be processed by Law to my credit card that I paid for Debit Chase Bank Visa.
