CVS - Pharmacy management Cerritos, CA, Store South Street/Carmine 90703

I have had many issues with this pharmacy's management, for almost a year now. Before all my latest problems started, I was always able to talk to this store's manager. He would always fix the problem immediately!
Lately, the manager is not in the store. only, a employee that claims to be the manager.
That person always tells me to go back and speak to that pharmacy manager .
When I approach the acting manager, I am already riled up, and angry with
everything.
Then it is the same old routine, I am even more angry!
The last big issue I had was a couple of months ago.
I have been prescribed PAROXETINE HCL ( A generic for Paxil )for at least 25 years to control my PTSD.
One day I looked at my bottle of " PAROXETINE HCL"., it was not balled
" PAROXETINE HCL " it was another name!
I saw my doctor on my next appointment, asked told her what I found, asked her if she changed it she said no, she did not change it!
The next day I confronted the pharmacist if in fact she did, and why she did.
She denied it.
By that time the so called store manager said she is leaving. I said we are not fished yet I want you to stay as my witness. It was not a nice seance to see and hear.
Ever since that event, I have been miss treated and plagued with problems
every time I p/u my prescriptions. Between my wife and I we have more than twenty ( 20 ) prescriptions each month!
Long ago, We signed up to get all our proscriptions every 90 days. That only lasted one time. since then I have to go there every thirty days, so Now I have to visit that store at least 20 to 30 times per month.
If you can help me with this situation I would appreciate it
